My personal connection to this specific issue is that I've been facing problems with my quality of
life, being born and raised in a country where you see multi-nationals and different people from
different backgrounds you develop your mind slowly and start thinking out of the box, whereas
the loved ones who raised you up as a kid and spend a lot of time and energy on you and expect
something that they love and want you to adopt that specific field as becoming a government
officer or a doctor or engineer which you don’t want to be is the harsh reality of the societies
nowadays. I have seen the youth filled with depression and sadness because they can't pursue
their careers and many have crossed the limits and ended their lives on the basis of their quality
of life.
My point here is that the way I've built my future in my head is completely different from the
one my loved ones has chosen for me, which completely destroys my mental peace and makes
me uncomfortable because it’s a fight between pride, love and passion and ambition, here it
makes my quality of life a problem which I have to deal with and which needs to be taken care of
and solved through a good solution method.
There are different ways to deal with a problem but sometimes the problem cannot be solved
easily, I feel like problems should be discussed among public more and more and there should

be awareness about it and people should be taught how to deal with a specific problem through

The people who are most affected by this issue are the younger generations and the ones that are
poor or middle-class people, we can also add the rich people to it but most commonly the rich
are independent and most of them do not have specific careers as they are wealthy enough.
I believe that the younger generations living in a developed country have the ability to do a lot
and pursue the careers that they would love to but there are many barriers to cross and most of
the time they would run away from their houses and their loved ones just to follow the path that
they want to live and have a good quality of life where they feel free with justice and peace.
There are many problems like poverty, injustice and inequality and much more but I believe that
these social problems get enough attention than the ones that people deal with individually,
mental health is not been highlighted easily, people affected by the issues that they face because
of the poor quality of life that they live is increasing day by day without any notice because we
live on hopes that everything will get better one day, I've seen many dreams shatter just for the
sake of some other person, I've seen many youngsters abilities to conquer what they love but
they have to give up just because someone else doesn’t want them to do that specific thing.
