companies in partnership share their perceptions, views, knowledge with each other’s which
make them able to work and perform functions in an effective manner (Bano, 2019). There are

collaboration between organizations (Alcock, 2016). Public sectors of organizations seek to
partner with 3rd party sector because of competition and collaboration. They are working in

standard of people and also reducing the gap between the poor and the rich (Mullins, 2016). It is
not an easy task because developing countries are more than developed countries and there are
several people who still do not have access to health care and basic needs (Bendell, 2017). So, by
making partnership and cooperating with public sector, companies can accomplish this goal and
can improve living standard of people and societies.
Disadvantages
Expensive: It is found that some organizations face problems in working with public
companies as like partnership as they think that it is an ineffective as well as costly way of
financing infrastructure. Public companies require providing long tern profits to private
companies and sometimes fulfilling promises can be expensive and failure. It is also stated that
sometimes payments of partnership of public sector payments obligations postponed for later
periods which can affect negatively and also reflect future public sector fiscal indicators.

public sector companies as a partnership is this service procurement process can be time-

public sector organizations are comparatively complex and lack of flexibility. They also face
