founded within the year 2006 and has been approved by Ministry of Education which is jointly
sponsored by Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (TUFE) was founded and the
Guangdong Pearl River Education Investment Co. It has various undergraduates programs
established with standard practice of independent college operated by non-government
organizations. TUFE is one of the top five early university established within China. The
Guangdong Pearl River Investment Group has been engaged within diverse work regarding real
estate and infrastructure development. I am working as director of training department within
Tianjin University of Finance and Economics Pearl River College. The university deals over
studies related to economics and being in its training department I have went through lot of
perspectives which is related to staff members working within it.
The instance where I experienced leadership was at the position of director. Being
director of training department I have make sure that analysis has been done over the
performance of teachers and head of staffs which has helped me in developing better training
strategies that made staff member learn about modern techniques regarding studies and
examination. Also my leadership skills has improved since I hold responsibility upon enhancing
quality of teaching and management of educational work. My journey within Tianjin University
of Finance and Economics Pearl River College has been quite interesting as I have learned about
academic integrity which has made students become aware about studying patterns. I have
organized guest lecture that gives students idea about opportunities within the field of
economics. During my work experience as Director of training department within Pearl River
College best team of highly qualified and committed faculty is developed. As per my
observations over all teachers holds strong educational background and attains master's degree
with PHD. Some teachers that has been trained by me holds specialization within subjects like
management and law which gives them diverse thinking towards educational techniques applied
within university.
The perspective of others in similar position could have been different. This is becasuse
this position comes with different challenges which need to be handled by utilizing appropriate
