Scope Management Plan – 10 Marks
Define Scope: The main criteria of this project is to create an online ticketing system which will be
accessible from all electronic gadgets to reduce the overcrowding of people in the ticket counter and
the main security gate and to decrease the overload of work (Monnappa, 2017).
Identify requirements: For logging in for the first time the customers identity proof is needed. A
secret scanner ID should be there to identify each customer and it should be safe from cybercrime.
In-Scope: When the online ticket booking system will be created it should give a system which will be
easy to be accessed from all electronic gadgets, should contain a scanner ID tag to check the
originality of the customers and the tickets, there should be a new code for determining the
customer’s proofs.
Out-of Scope: Every kind of after sales services like maintaining the hardware, providing training for
the improvement and maintaining the system etc. For utilizing such services different orders should
be awarded by the RALS.
Deliverables: The ticketing system should be easy, decent and valid containing all the mentioned
things.
