Due to the increasing numbers of competitors in the market, it has become highly challenging for
constructing organisations to maintain a sustainable business environment (Rosa, 2018). GRI
standard is being considered as the international Independence standards for an organisation that
helps to the organisation to understand as well as communicate regarding the issues of Human
Rights corruption and climate change (Bosselmann, 2016). By continuing this, it can also be said
that due to the increasing numbers of growth challenges, maintaining the ethical work
environment has become important concerning topic for the construction industry. The standards
of GRI and its link with the Timber well Constructions on the basis of economic sustainability,
social sustainability and environmental sustainability have been shown in this study.

GRI standard is being considered as the international Independence standards for an organisation
that helps to the organisation to understand as well as communicate regarding the issues of
