4. Adapting Deterministic Scheduling Technique
The project manager and the other stakeholders have adopted the deterministic
scheduling technique. The timeline for every project activity is fixed. The duration of every
project activity is fixed. The project stakeholders can know the deadline and can work
according to the deadline fixed. The project plan is demonstrating the summary tasks of the
project and fixed deadline or fixed duration has been allocated for each summary tasks. The
hardware installation must be completed within 2 weeks (Tezel et al., 2017). The Foundation
of the building must be completed within 40 weeks. In this way, the project stakeholders will
have to complete the entire project within 89 weeks. The scheduled start date and scheduled
finish time have been shown in the project plan below.
