INTRODUCTION
The concept of academic integrity is based on five essential fundamental values that are
honesty, fairness, respects, and trust along with responsibility. These essential values provide

assistance to a student along with staff in development of ethical ideas along with the ability to
present work that respects and acknowledges the work of others. Moreover, it contains the vital
aspect of plagiarism which states the presentation of someone’s work or idea as one’s own.
Furthermore, the concept of academic integrity provides assistance in appropriate recognition to
an individual’s unique work along with idea through referencing. The following report will
focuses upon the understanding relative to time management through the use of a timetable along
with presenting its effectiveness through reflections. In addition to this, the report will highlight
various key resources that were used relative to the module and its reflection on development of
academic skills. At last, it will summarise books along with online articles relative to the topic of
academic integrity, referencing along with plagiarism.

TASK -1
Demonstrating time management skills by creating timetable highlighting work commitments,
family time, study time and recreational time.
Time management refers to a vital process that helps an individual to gain the ability of
organizing as well as plan their work in an efficient manner. In addition to this, it allows an
individual to divide their work in specific tasks and activities based on time prioritization. Given
below in my overall time management time tables that provides a structured visual representation
of how I was able to manage by time in context to my studies, family along with recreational
activities (Alias and et. al., 2019).

Reflection on time management
In order to reflect upon my developed timetable I used pomodoro technique in order to
further enhance my productivity as well as performance. Given below is my overall reflection
through the utilization of Gibbs’ Reflection model:
Pomodoro Technique:
It refers to a technique that states that in individual should take short breaks during a
specific task in order to enhance productivity as well as motivation to work (Gratton and
Gratton., 2020).
Gibbs Reflection Model:
This model provides assistance to an individual in order to express upon a particular
situation, activity or an event in a structured and systematic order.

Description:
It was vital for me to focus on the development an effective time bale as it would help me
in prioritizing my overall time between my family, academic study along with myself in order to
be productive. In addition to this, I utilized the technique of Pomodoro that allows me to
overcome the aspect of mental burnout as I was able to take short break during my work and
maintain constant efficiency.
Feelings:
The Pomodoro technique along with the use of timetable helped me in achieving high
level of productivity and developed time management. It also provide d me the ability to track
my overall progress relative to task and make suitable changes in order to further enhance my
time management.
Evaluation:
During the model I lacked confidence as I was not sure how I was going to manage time
in and efficient manner and divined all the task in order to have enough time to spend quality
time with my family along with time for myself as well as committee to my academics studies.
Analysis:
Through the use of Pomodoro Technique along with timetable I was able to have positive
as well as negative experience. I was able to effective improve my performance through time
management but I notice that I was procrastinating due to various breaks that I allowed myself
for recreational activities.
Conclusion:
The utilization of a timetable along with Pomodoro technique allows me to negate the
hindrance within time management relative to my academic studies and family times along with
my academic studies. This allowed me to improve my productivity along with performance in
completing task (Cirillo., 2018).
Action Plan:
I have developed an effective action plan that will provide help in establishing a specific
time to relax while using Pomodoro technique. It will help me enhance my focuses as I will add
extra time that I have exceeded towards my academic studies in order to maintain high level of
performance.

During this module I utilized various key resources that allowed me to gain high level of
productivity as well as performance. The various key resources enabled me to gain vital support
through knowledge that helped me complete task in an effective manner. Given below are the
various key resources that I used during this module:

The use of online journals provided essential support in order to complete the module as
it helped me in completing the module through effective knowledge. it also provide me with
confidence that helped me in finish the task in a timely manner (Meissner and Shmatko., 2019).
Time table:
The use of timetable allowed me to bring efficiency within my task and helped me
improve my performance as well as productivity through effective prioritization of work. This
helped me complete the module in a timely manner.
Google research:
The use of Google research allows me to evaluate various topics related to the module in
an efficient way. In addition to this, it helped me understand topics in a proper structure manner.
In addition to this, it provides me with various articles that were essential for the completion of
their module.
Google scholar:
Through Google scholar I was able to conduct optimal research and gain knowledge from
various sources such as Books, and abstract. This allowed me to attain valuable knowledge
relative to the topic and helped me complete my module.
Online libraries:
Through this key resource I was able to go over various books relative to the topic in an
efficient manner. This allowed me to expand my knowledge and improve upon the overall
productivity and performance in completing the module (Gamble and et. al., 2020).
Textbooks:
Through textbooks I was able to gain a range of information relative to the module which
allowed me to gain valuable information in an efficient manner. In addition to this, I was able to
utilize the information within the report in order to make it well structure and knowledgeable.

It is essential for a student to possess various academic skills as it provides abilities that are
