INTRODUCTION
Higher education institute assure relevance of their knowledge, identify skills gaps, create
special programmes to improve economic prosperity. New skills in higher education successfully
develop that helps to change demand and get future success. Time management is one of the
important skill that which create own identity to get success in all aspect of life. In the present
study, it has been stated that each individual must understand value of time to get success in
business (Kong and Ko, 2017).
For gaining insight information of the present study, it covers suggestions which made
for time management. Furthermore, position also justify with stated agree or disagree with
statement. Moreover, literature review also consider with its purpose to accomplish goals and
objectives. At last, literature review ascertain on topic of equality in the workplace.

From the given article, it can be stated that time management is more important concept
that assists to create successful planning and understand success in all aspect of life. Therefore, it
consists effective planning with setting To Do list with task plan. Every important activity must
be done in appropriate manner through allocate time on each activity. High priority work should
be come on top so that it is very important to complete task with stipulated time frame (Dicke,
Elling and Leutner, 2015). Furthermore, it can be stated that setting goals and objectives
determines successful results in the business with realistic outcomes. In this way, it is essential to
make sure that similar tasks will be accomplish to attain overall targets. Moreover, setting
deadlines on each task and activity assists to take ownership to devoted and focus on more
planning. When one person set deadlines for a particular task, effectiveness increases to mark
important dates.
In addition to this, delegation of responsibilities should be place at workplace. Roles and
responsibilities must be delegated as per interest and specialisation of employees. In order to
finish tasks within deadlines, person require more knowledge to accomplish needs and knows the
work well. With the help of prioritise tasks, it can be stated that tasks must be accomplish which
is very important to done earlier (Alvarez Sainz, Ferrero and Ugidos, 2019). Along with this,
spending right time on right activity to do right thing. Work must be accomplish to keep separate

for personal work on checking regular updates on social media activities. As a result, it can be
stated that prioritise tasks and activities helps to understand urgent work that can be accomplish
through setting several goals and objectives. In a particular time, it is essential to focus on work
in systematic manner.

I am agreed with effective planning which assists to set To Do list and task plan of
important activities in the business. Furthermore, it is essential to allocate tasks on each activity
with high priority of work that must be followed as important goals and objectives. Systematic
planning of tasks helps to begin fresh work with finishing previous task (Tsai and Liu, 2015).
Consequently, finish task within stipulated time frame also helps to deal with innovative
outcomes. Furthermore, I also agree with setting goals and objectives so that organisation able to
accomplish similar tasks in particular situation and set more targets with realistic and achievable.
Setting targets also make sure that systematic work will be attain in positive manner to attain
overall goals. Along with this, setting prioritise of task as per importance and urgency assists to
done work in systematic manner (Jordan and Lloyd, 2017). As a result, desired results will be
gain in systematic manner. This is because, it is essential to know difference between important
and urgent work so that goals and objectives will be accomplish in systematic manner.
However, I am not agreed with setting deadlines because it strives hard to complete tasks
ahead with deadlines. Therefore, never wait for superiors to ask each time and learn to take
ownership. It increases stress level among people to attain overall goals with appropriate
deadlines to particular tasks (Ingram, LaForge and Schwepker Jr, 2015). In this regard, it is
essential to work without stress so that setting deadlines create impact on realistic aim and
objectives. Moreover, delegation of responsibilities also create negative impact on results when
some employees misuse of their power. Hence, it is essential to finish tasks and increase
knowledge for something which helps to accomplish tasks to work well.

Along with above description, it can be stated that there are several suggestions must like
to make to improve effective time management skills. In this consideration, it is essential to
focus on schedule work which assists to start improvement and organise day to day activities in
systematic manner. With this consideration, elimination from distraction is essential to

operations. Therefore, it is essential to look for several opportunities to pass responsibility for
specific tasks in a particular team.
Along with this, create time audit is one of the important consideration that helps to focus
on effectiveness which would be helpful to set priority tasks in systematic manner. Spending
more time in unproductive meetings assists to bring new goals and objectives at workplace. In
this consideration, it is essential to determine desired results at workplace to accomplish purpose.
Clear purpose in mind getting back into work to meet with agenda (Dicke, Elling and Leutner,
2015). Putting appropriate time limit must be consider in successful way that assists to examine
workflow and eliminate little time as unscheduled breaks. With the help of planning, it can be
stated that creative and demanding tasks consider appropriate planning and networking so that it
would be beneficial to ascertain desired level of results. Creating daily plans helps to boost
motivation in successful manner. Completing important and demanding tasks assists to develop
creativity at workplace.
