INTRODUCTION
Time management is the process of planning or controlling the time spend on the same
activities. It is very important to manage good time which is enabled an individual to compete
more in the very shorter time and lead to career success (Cyril, 2015). The poor time
management create a problem for students life to manage their work and study in proper manner.
The part 1 essay is based on the time management for students. The essay will show benefits of
effective time management and design a plan of proper study. This will also identify the
techniques for building comprehension and retention.

1. Discussing the importance of effective time management and design of appropriate planning
of study.
Time management is the effective process of planning and controlling the time which is
spent on the activities and study. That is help to manage stress of student and their work with
leads to career success. Importance and benefits of effective time management are as follows:
 It helps to achieve goals and objectives faster: The proper and effective time
management is important for manage and preparation of exams in proper manner. Like
when students are able to understand importance of time management, then they are get
proper motivation to stop sitting around and pursue for effective growth or goals. As a
result of hard work is best and faster (Grissom, Loeb and Mitani, 2015).
 This help to provide focus on task: Time management is the skills which is initially
help to reduce stress and later that help to students for focusing on their target and
performance in the task. The focus student are able to achieve their growth and become a
successful in the less time.
Those are the benefits from effective time management for student life. This help to design
appropriate plan of study in proper manner which as follows:
 Set priority straight: As per the effective time management students are effectively able
to set their priority of study work as per exams dates. That is help to cover their all
syllabus before exam with proper revision.

 Find time for study: By making proper schedule of work and study time is help to find
an effective and dedicated time for study in proper manner. Through, that students are
able to change their study time as per requirements.
 Schedule activities after work: With the help of proper time management, student is
able to make proper schedule of study after work (Kirillov and et.al., 2015). Because,
students have various work to prepare self for exam with best result. The effective time
management is help to manage proper allocation of work which is allotted by teacher.
 Proper uses of resources: By making time management, students are completely able to
use resources which are related to study like internet, books and notes. Books and notes
study in must important to prefer and manage. Even the internet is also an important
resource for tracking complex subjects and making most effective use of time for get the
best result and outcome.
2. Evaluating techniques for building time management.
Time management is the best skill which is help to reduce stress of students and improve
their productivity with the best result of work (Morden, 2017). There are various techniques
which are help to build effective time management to students for preparing them for exams.
Those are as follows:
Make lists and use it:
There are various strategies and techniques for making time management. Students are
carrying so much task and work. For that student can create a list of work and time uses. For
daily schedule, a simple list of student to call or things on the monthly or weekly basis. In this
list they can add and made list of important work on time with effectiveness.
Do the important task first:
After making lists of work, here is important to differentiate important and critical task
from list which is help to students for complete their study and work on time in effective or
proper manner (Sommer and et.al., 2016). That is called a day success with the great aspect
because it is important things which needed and important to do it by students.
Stick to schedule:
Work list is the blueprint, that help to make daily schedule for the day and for the week,
by receiving proper time slots for planned task and various activities. Through, that students are

easily made their time and work activity for completing their study on time before exams with
proper revision of work.
Make list for similar task together:
As per the list, here is important to find, similar work and together it. Like home work of
different subjects, pinning notes with subjects are help to taking less time and work completed.
Through that, all home work is done on time without delaying dead line. This is effective
technique for making and building effective time management.
Make use of idle time:
It is important to make use of idle time, because most of the time is wastes for waiting
and making notes. So, the students take advantage of the time (Tsai and Liu, 2015). Like, read
books and listen lecture or podcast which is help to students in their students. This is also
effective and best technique for building effective time management at workplace.
Those are the techniques for building effective management for students. Those are help
to them for completing studies on time with effective and proper revision of study material.

From the above, study it had been concluded that the time management played a very
important role in students life in order to complete their work on time. The effective time
management has been helped to done study by making proper list and schedule. This created the
various benefits for students by reducing stress, take proper focus on target and goals which had

issues by using artificial intelligence in proper manner. This refers the terms and prepositions
that is assist by students in perception and description of the world (Zhang and et.al., 2016). It is
an idea which is formed by combining all the features and attributes for complete study. This
part of report is based on the concept of deep learning and its importance. This will discuss by
the concept of deep learning and identifying importance for foundation year students. This will
explain by the deep learning help to develop students.

The concept of deep learning is the key process in the human behaviour and all living is
learning. Learning is the process not a product and it is changeable in the knowledge, beliefs or
attitudes at the time of study. This effective process for learning and learn various study material
at same time. It is not something for done students but something that students themselves for
done work in proper manner (The Concept of Learning. Online, 2011). There are different types
of learning which are help to students for understanding different ways of completing study on
time with the best result of work. The motor learning is the activities which is planning of day to
day life work. The students are use motor learning in order to maintain their daily life like study,
home work, making and preparing notes etc. The verbal is another learning style which is
involves different types of learning language speak, communication, picture, words and tools
activities (Learning: Meaning, Nature, Types and Theories of Learning, 2013).
The technologies are the powerful tool which is help learning effectively in proper
manner. That is help to develop skills which is necessary to success in exam and life. This help
to make proper collaboration by develop skills (6 Teaching Strategies To Promote Deeper

college and students life. This is effective and valuable for the growth of students in proper

importance of learning for foundation year students are as follows:

understanding effectively (Dolmans and et.al., 2016). Different sources are defined that in
different manner. Like, learning is the style not the product and can be change by as per learning
requirements. This has very important and effective for the students for collecting proper
information and knowledge of work in proper manner.
That is created a different aspect for learn by using resources like internet, books and
notes. That had very important for the business and its growth factors. The foundation year
students had got the proper knowledge of work in proper manner by completing their work as per
requirements in effective manner.

various opportunity for students and foundation year program in effective manner. That had been
highly important for students in order to collect various information and knowledge by observing
