INTRODUCTION
Time management is the ability to use a person’s time effectively which will productive
for work. This report will include time management, its aspects, and how can its effectiveness
increased. In this we will discuss the points of given article. This study will cover equality of
workplace. Equality means the state of being equal in rights or opportunities. In this it will be
discussed that how discrimination can harm an organization and effect employees and how
equality in workplace will put its positive impact on organization.
ASSESSMENT 1
1. Evaluation of suggestion done in the article
Time management is the process of properly manage the limited time effectively to
achieve the long and short term goals. Today, time is important and time management is more
important. It plays an important role in the organization to achieve success and deliver better
work.
Evaluation of suggestions
From the above article it has been analysed that time-management is most important
aspect in an individuals' life. Effective planning means setting goals, preparing outlines for
achieving those goals, and deciding which goal is important for this moment rather than another
goals. To finish the work on time, effective planning is done which includes that high priority
work come at first. This can assist an individual or organisation in managing time effectively.
Also, they don't get confused about their duties, roles, responsibilities and whom to report.
Sometimes they also add those goals in list which is not necessary for organisation this increase
their workload and expenses. Sometimes there can be loopholes in planning, which make it less
effective which take long time to accomplish those plans.
It has also been evaluated that Without goals and objectives, there would not need of
planning. Goals and objectives should be in favour of personal as well as organizational. It
should be accessible, understandable and feasible. Goals and Objectives should be clearly given
to employer or employee according to their calibre. Unclear goals and objectives increase their
workload which make them more tired and bored which lead to distract from main goals and
objectives which in turn can loss to the organization.
It can also be interpreted that the task should be done according to deadline. Deadline are
set according to the capacity, time and work. Set deadlines and try to complete that deadlines.

But to achieve those deadlines, one doesn’t need to put pressure on oneself or take too much
stress because too much pressure or stress will lead to reduction in smartness of work and
interest in work as well. It has also been evaluated that Delegation of Responsibilities is the best
way to reduce the workload and focus on more important tasks. The responsibilities must have
delegated to those employees who have those work specialisation and interest in that work.
Interested employees will do their tasks in less time compared to those who don't have interest in
that work. Interest in work make work productive as well as employees also productive and
smart. This will lead them to complete difficult tasks on time (Time Management Is Really Life
Management, 2015).
It can also be said that If there are a lot of tasks, so prioritise these tasks according to their
importance and work nature. Don't touch new work, until old one is not complete. Try to break
big tasks into small tasks, by doing this workload will reduce, work will be completed quickly
and easily. With prioritisation, we need to be in discipline also, because without discipline we
cannot be punctual and without punctual we cannot be succeed in out work. It has also been
evaluated that Time management is all about doing right work at right time or before right time.
It will make the employees more efficient and successful person. Try to utilise your free time in
lean new things or doing new things this will make person more productive. This will lead the
organization having smart and productive employees.
2. Points with which i agree
Effective Planning – I feel that Effective planning should be there. Without planning, every
person will get confused about the goals, duties, responsibilities, roles. With these confusions,
they won't work properly which take a lot of time for completion. Thus, for effective planning,
time management is importance. This will lead to achieve personal goal and successful career.
Setting Goals and Objectives – People work in an organization to achieve some goals and
objectives and these goals and objectives should be clear to them so that they work properly and
on time. Unclear goals take more time. Thus, I think that time management should be there.
Prioritising Tasks – My view on this point is All tasks cannot be done in one day thus,
prioritisation of tasks must be there. With prioritisation, we categorised our tasks according to
their importance and then we decide time to completion them which lead to reduce the workload
and achieve the goals of the organisation.

Spending Right Time On Right Activity – I think that This should be every employees
habits. By this habit, employee get less distract and he also knows that how time will task take
and accordingly will work and achieve their goals and satisfied career life.
Organised – My justification on this point is - Organised means work properly with no
confusions or pressure or stress. This will lead to clarity of organizational structure and work fast
with quick decision making. These all will turn into fast achievement of goals of career which
make them happy and satisfied.
Points with which I don't agree -
Setting Deadlines – I think Deadlines means completion of work by particular time which
put pressure on employees to work complete and fast. In doing fast work, the employee can
make mistakes which can be deleterious for organization. Also, this pressure can badly impact on
employees' health which is also harmful for their career too.
Delegation of Responsibilities – I feel that Delegation of responsibilities means assigning
some part of responsibilities to another person with the intention to focus on some another
important work or to reduce own workload. But it's not necessary that another person will do
work properly and this will lead to wastage of time. If that another person will work properly,
still it requires the time for checking, this will also lead to wastage of time too.
3. The suggestions, i would like to make are as follows
Find productive time – I think that Everyone has a certain times of a day when they feel
energized, fresh, able to focus and other times, when they feel struggling. So if it is possible to
work on productive time, you will take less time to complete your task and more focus on
difficult task and also you will get more time to work on that difficult task.
Take break between work – I feel that people are not machines so it is necessary to take
small breaks during working hours. Taking small breaks can refresh people's mind and restore
their energy. This kind of breaks can make people more productive. So for proper time
management, small breaks should be taken.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been summarized that effective time management improved
quality and productivity of work. This report describes effective time management as organised
structure, focused and optimum utilization of time. Through this report it can be identified that
