Time management is the process in which the work and activities are arranged in such a
form that it provides that they gets completed with time and with efficiency. All the activities are
arranged in such a manner that priority activities are performed initially and then the rest of
activities will performed in later schedules. In this situation is analyzed in a proper manner and
then activities are group into small work. Later all these groups formed gets executed according

and external factors of business environment so that the activities can be formed in effective
manner. For reference purpose this report has taken an example of a Food and Beverage
company, Nestle. Nestle is a multinational company which is engaged in the business of
manufacturing of food related products like drinks, coffees, chocolates, and much more.
This report discusses about current offerings of the company and their target markets. It also
includes the SWOT analyses along with the recommendations which helps the company in
bringing improvements.

Current offering of Nestle and their target market
Nestle company operates at a global level and as a food and Beverage company it has
tried to bring up the products of every type and line. When talk about Food, the company
manufactures the food for all age groups. For example, they engage in manufacturing the baby
food which is healthy for his diet and growth (Ashkanasy, Humphrey and Huy, 2017). The
products are known by the name of Cerelac, Gerbar and NaturGas. Nestle sells the bottled water
which it claimed to be pure and full of minerals. The water bottles come by the name of Nestle
pure life, Poland Spring, Perriar and etc. It also manufactures the best and healthy cereals, they
come by the name of Fitness, Lion, Cheetoos and etc. The company claims that these cereals are
full or fiber and carbo which provides healthy nutrients and energy to human body. They are best
suited for morning breakfast. The company also deals in chocolates, that product line is very
demanded in market, this line includes the products like Milkybar, Kitkat, Aero, Orion, Quality
Street, Toll House and much more. Apart from this, Nestle also deals in producing the Dairy
products, ice creams, pet products, healthcare nutrition, drinks, chilled and Frozen food and etc.
Although the company operates at a global level with the customers in billions all over all the
world, it applies different targeting strategies to different product line. For example, they target
their coffee products to the region where there are more coffee lovers or drinkers. Similarly, for
cereals they target the people who are very conscious about their intake and only consider to eat
healthy food (Bredillet, Tywoniak and Tootoonchy, 2018). Nestle sells more unit of food
products to the regions or country where there are more population of children. That’s how the
company performs the targeting of their products.
