must be made to eliminate conflict. Give
yourself your time in which you can relax
and ponders about the activities you have
done. At last you will get your result of
proper management of time

first. Objective of work to be set and work

effectively and productively an employee
can seek time-management.
Focus must be on time and resources and
than pre analysis of performance should be
done to get effective results. For effective
