Time management
According to me time should be utilized effectively. Time should be divided according to the
activities so that negative impact on the work can be reduced. At the time of completing the
entire activities, it can be noted that division should be done on the basis of urgent task and on
the basis of priorities. To make the time productive it can be seen that there should be proper
division of work and the areas related to watching movies should be reduced so that time can be
utilized in a productive manner (O'Leary and Hunt, 2016). There is major difference between the
task which are urgent and those which are important when the priorities are set.
The tasks should be delivered on time by giving priority on the basis of urgency. Also, these
tasks require immediate attention. So, it is important in the workplace to finish the task which are
important or which need urgent attention so that the overall activities can be managed
effectively. The remaining task should be kept on priority basis. Like the tasks which are urgent
should be completed immediately and other tasks should be set on the priority by assigning the
numbers (Beevers and Rea, 2016). I learned that to finish the task it is important to be give
numbering so that delay in the operations can be reduced and also it will help to maintain the
effectiveness of the entire work.
To manage the time, I consider the concept of giving numbering or sequence to complete the
task. Firstly, I focus on completing the urgent tasks and then the remaining tasks are completed
according to the numbering. By assigning the numbers to the activities the tasks are finished
which also manages the work and boost the confidence level towards the work. Numbering of
task can be considered as the method that can help in deciding the urgency of the work (Reid and
Ramarajan, 2016). It is important to number the task and set the priorities so that the quality can
be maintained and also it will help to deliver the task on time which will be beneficial for the
overall growth of the company in the competitive market. In many cases, I have numbered my
activities or the task. The tasks which are on high priority are delivered on time just because of
the effective technique considered by me. Also, I have prioritized the task according to the time.
By analyzing the urgency of task, I have completed my activities and due to this I have always
maintained quality and attained positive outcome.
So, it can be concluded that time management should be there so that activities can be finished
on time. If prioritizing the task is not considered then it can lead to negative impact on the
overall activities. Therefore, it can be said that urgent tasks should be finished on time and also
