INTRODUCTION
Time management is the process of organizing and planning to categorise our time
between specific activities (Fang and et.al, 2016). Good time management enables to work
smarter not harder so that it get more done in less time. In time management consist of perfect
plan which can help us to make perfect and complete task on time. These are effective planning,
setting goals and objectives, setting deadlines, delegation of responsibilities, prioritizing
activities as per their importance and spending the right time on the right activity. It is important
to us for complete task on time and get result on time. As a learner in this report focus on an
argument in an academic context and get a position within an argument.
TASK 1
Time management is a skill that can not always be taught and is not always a skill that a
student can prepare to learn prior to coming college. But time management is something a
student has to learn and possibly adjust their time schedule, involvement changes throughout the
course of a semester. Being a university student is an excellent opportunity for a person to
intensify one's skills and knowledge as well as develop such capabilities which will assist a
person in performing well in professional context. During this course of time, guidance acquired
from professionals or tutors to achieve best result. For the best result time management play
important role because every college student should learn how to manager their time. In my
second session of college I have received many assignment which can complete on time in
different time duration. In student life time management is very important because it plays
important role to achieve success in future perspectives. As modern era most of the people
engage with gadgets and waste their time and I was one of them (Park and et.al, 2015). In the
starting of my college I have faced many problems regarding to class, work and assignments. I
am always busy with digital natives in reflection of their apparent ease and familiarity with
digital technology. Mostly time I was miss my classes and did not aware for my future. When
my first semester result come it was shocking because it was out of my expectations.
After than I am decided to focus on my study and prepare schedule of my time
management. I would like to create a proper time management plan according to my classes and
assignment. With the time management assignment I did attempt to stay on course. The result is
plainly seen between my actual plan for week three and the actual course of events that took

place in week three in my time management schedule. In the beginning I was good according to
my time schedule but in the end of week I was giving priorities to my work and games. Though,
I still seemed to make things work my time management plan was not effective for me as I found
myself as I have always done when I can (Dai and Shi, 2017). While I looked back at my plan vs
actual events so in noticed that there was large part my problems. I had received multiple
distraction and surprises which can relate to my daily life process. I live in a house where there
are technically face many problems and my family argue with me regarding to my studies. I was
total depressed regarding to my studies and pending assignment so I have to take decision to
proper follow my schedule plan which can help to achieve success and help to focus on my
study. I was working according to time schedule which can help to achieve successful result
according to future perspective. I try to order my priorities by importance and try to take them on
in order by level of importance in attempt to get everything achieved. It can work as my personal
lack of being able to differentiate between what needs to be a priority and my weakness handle
to everything. It is important to handle according to time frame I an given to do so. As I advance
in this course and in life as well, I plan to attempt to put some priorities. When I was focusing on
my study and complete my assignment on time so it will help to attend extra activities which can
related to my hobbies like football and many others (Dunn and et.al 2016). Many times I was
helping to my friends and working on project helps a person to gain new experience and
demonstrate one's capabilities and competence. The coordination and cooperation with team
members is required to make sure that the project is executed in a desirable manner within the
qualify time. Finally it was come time to in my everyday life as I am sure to have figured out by
now time is very much of the essence. Well as a learner I could spent a lot more time on my
course work and obtain my goal to accomplish degree in human services as well as counselling.
At present time my education is a large goal and one of my main values in my life is family and
adjacent to that is stability.
During my second year at university, I was taken many projects and carry out different
type of research then it is delivered through presentation on specific function of any company
through which it gains and assure about the sustainability in market and this was to submitted
with in 20 days. I was assigned as a team leader of a group where 8 members in group. As a
leader I gained knowledge about the code of ethics and desirable practices which could provide
guidance to my group members. At the time of assessment, I learned that there are some key

areas of a project management plan which can categorised according to management plan like
namely time, scope, quality, cost, resources, risk, communication and procurement. These
aspects are major for project management plan and the desired outcomes can be achieved only
after taking all these into consideration. During to preparation of all assignment I can divide
works in among members according to their skills (Yu and et.al, 2016) . After than research
carry out of different assignments according to topics than prepare in particular time period. On
time to time as a leader I can guide to to my team member regarding to projects. It will work as
effective way and in 15 days we can submit all assignment when it was presenting in front of
company in effective manner. At the end we have won first rank in university and company offer
to job to our whole team so with the help of time management I can get growth and success in
my life. I must say it is very important to in our life and carry out different result when we are
following time management in proper way.
TASK 2
Through a number of books and journal I gained many knowledge and experience about
time management skills. There are including different approaches to time management in order
to get success these are prepare dynamic task list, focus on high value activities, minimize
interruption, limit multi tasking and stop procrastinating. At job I can not follow my time
management plan so it will create problem at my job roles and I will continuously loss of my pay
due to lack of time skills. So I have decided to improve my skills which can create problem in
my management skills. Firstly as for competing priorities, this is a 24/7 internal battle for me as I
am sure it is for everyone. I randomly ask myself, which priorities should come first and where
am I going to find the time to take care of these priorities. According to this create a plan to time
management where I can include learning target in this mention time management skills. After
that present proficiency it means how much skill less according to target proficiency. After
improve this skill which development opportunities getting by me that is also mention in this
section. After than mention to that people who can judge to performance during to improve this
skill. For improve this plan taken particular time period which can help to complete estimate
plan. There are prepare personal development plan to improve time management skills in the
reference to achieve best opportunities in job.

From the above plan improve skills of time management and try to focus on those
assignment which is important for build careers and help to gain opportunities regarding to job
promotion. It is helpful for me to improve my skills in particular time period and I can take it as
a task to complete my job fulfilment. As a employment I can not take initiative and can not focus
on my work. I am always ignoring work and giving priorities to other activities. Due to this
behaviour I am always loss my position and did not increase my salary (Owen and et.al, 2015).
After some time I was realised that there is need to focus on mu roles and responsibilities
regarding to my work. I can follow my time table in my daily routine and focus on the work
according to their priorities. As a result I can see that slowly seniors praise to me for my work
and got employee of the month. It was large opportunity and I feel happy with that. I can
continuously improve my time management skills with the help of particular management plan.

With my job I can focus on my study because it is important to complete and garb more
opportunities for earning more.
The particular personal development plan can help to increase skill in particular time
period to gain opportunities regarding to future perspectives. To manage time apply different
strategies which is – (1) start our day with clear focus which can help to know daily activities
and follow according to that set time duration to each activities (2) after than prepare a task list
which can do in daily activities and understand which activity most important (3) focus on high
value activities because of it is important to increase their values (4) minimize interruptions
during the day of work on important task (5) stop procrastinating and staying focused (6) limit
multi tasking, it means same time did not taken much more work which can create problem (7) at
the end review of your way analysis hat it will go or not according to proper plan (Alderighi,
Nicolini and Piga, 2015) .
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion it has been concluded time management very important part
in every one's life. It can play important role in my life because in starting in my college days I
was not focusing on my classes and assignment so as a result I can face many problems after
than I was focused on my time table. It was working in effective manner and understand my
roles and responsibilities. Perfect time management was working for me and I was achieving my
targets and get success in my life.
