Time management is the most effective and leading tool that helps to get success in
future development. It assists to reach the target on time in productive and efficient manner.
Present essay based on the effectiveness of time management that helps people to perform well
in business. Further essay will introducing some benefits and importance of time management.

1. Evaluating the role of time management made in the article.
As per the above article, it has been refer time management is the essential tool that is
very essential for an individual to understand its value to get succeed in all aspects of life
(Grissom, Loeb and Mitani, 2015). Those people who fail to understand the value of time
management, they fails to meet the criteria to measure their own identity. According to article, it
is clearly mentioned that “Time and Tide wait for no one”. It means time is very demanding and
never stops for anyone.
Article suggested three methods of time management i.e. how to manage work in an
efficient manner. Such as individual should be organised and try to avoid negligence which
creates negative impact on career objectives. Another important method or aspect in the
perspective of organisations effective planning is vital to accomplish task on time (Why Time
Management Is Important, 2015). Another effective method mentioned in the article which is
also important for the person to adopt that is to be focused, this method refers the value of value
and dedication to that particular work. From that, article suggested that how people can manage
their work through different manner.
According to article, people also need to make good habits to take right decision at the
right time because work done at wrong time is less productive as per the work done on time. In
addition to that, manage work on time is the another productive tool to get career enhancement
and learn how to manage work efficiently which is useful for an individual in their professional
career. Article define the way to manage time through delegate the roles and responsibilities to
other people as per their capabilities. Another way to manage work properly is to accomplish the
task based on priority. Furthermore, articles discusses effective utilisation of time is the best way
to manage the work and finish it on time. If the person do not misuse the time then individual
will be able to manage on work properly

Article on time management described different ways or effective method in the
perspective of business or individual in order to accomplish objectives respectively. In this
article time is the precious thing than money. In other words, I agree on the statement that time
can be managed through delegation of responsibilities as per the employee skills & Capabilities
(Häfner, Stock and Oberst, 2015). This can help businesses to accomplish the overall business
functional activities and goals in order to meet out the best results outcomes. On the other hand,
on the one statement I disagree that, Work should be prioritised rather than setting deadlines. The
reason behind this, that this process can be creating pressure or discomfort between employees
that affect their physical health issues as well.
I agreed with the method that is organised work according to the level of priority aids in
time management. To make work organised helps people to understand the things into more
appropriate manner and efficient management outcomes. As mentioned in the article that, work
should be managed or keeping as in folder. It means, this process can help to manage the long
terms effectiveness and meeting long terms stability growth. Such as Now with the help of
different techniques people now can store its file on cloud, google drive etc. so that they can
easily manage their work on time in an more efficient manner.
I do not agree with the method “Don't misuse time”. It is very necessary for individual to
get some relaxation while working (Harris, Hyde and Smith, 2018). It helps them to get some
flexibility to make mood happy and satisfied. If employees constantly work without taking break
or rest then they become workaholic which creates pressure or create negative thoughts.
I do agree with the method that people needs to spend time on productive activities rather
than unproductive. This process assist individual to get correct path in the future and make get
right decisions as well. Besides, to keep work manage or be happy, it is also very important and
essential for them to get socialize with people to share own thoughts and idea (Oettingen and
et.al., 2015). It helps to make good relationship with people and make good impact on the
individual personality because as per said in Article that Human beings is not a machine. That
means people are not meant to be a workaholic, they also need own personal space as well.
According to my suggestion I agree with some of the methods which mentioned in the
article and some of them are not right (Maxwell and et.al., 2015). In order to summarize, time

management is very essential tool to get high level in career, It helps to make explore some more
opportunity for an individual to accomplish their set objectives.
3. Suggestions.
As per my suggestions on effective time management skills helps person to improve
decision making skills which is very significant. It also aids to become more successful in career
as well. Person should understand importance or priority of work and accordingly individual
should schedule their work. This will help in managing essential task well and completing all
activities on time. Another suggestion to manage time is that effective utilisation of time.
Individual should pay attention on minimising the wastage of time such as not to use mobile
during work, less focus on gossips etc. This will help in getting sufficient time to complete all
tasks within stipulated period.
CONCLUSION
As per the above section, it has been concluded how time management is effective and
essential for the people to work upon it. Study discussed the article and their method of effective
time management goals. Overall, it has been concluded that, people or organisation should need
to make effective planning and be focussed for effective time management task. Also, study
focused on the methods and described some more suggestion on time management that can help
organisations to get accomplish objectives within time or as per the plan.
