I accomplished the above analysis using the excel sheet attached with the solution. The list of the activities and priorities being mentioned in the
various activities were initially very tough for me. Further, clearly understanding the concepts of the question and thoroughly going throughput the entire
requirement, I felt it easy to develop the plans for the different activities as mentioned above. Schedule management is a crucial activity for the personal and
professional deployment of the activities whether it is personal life or management of the project. Cruciality makes it concerning factor for the schedule
management assuring that the all the activities are being managed, manipulated, and altered as per the requirement of the project. The different figures of the
working hours and responsibilities makes the questions very complex to be deployed however, I used the basic calculation tools of the Excel for calculating
the estimated activities, timelines, points, and other factors as it was asked in the requirement file. The schedule management for the project manager is one of
the greatest challenges for delivering the entire project within the estimated constraint and same can be seen in the difficulty level for understanding every
activity and calculating the points accordingly. Based on the information related to the activities and the daily scores, the calculation was made for calculating
the total score as presented in the summary table of this paper. The above tables are the answers of the activity plan developed considering the time and
activities of all the days operations.
