INTRODUCTION
Personal learning and development helps individual in order to define goals and personal
vision in clear manner, when student targets it can be become easier for creating a plan and work
towards those objectives (Adams and Blair, 2019). Then, effective management is also allows
student to complete more in less time, because it is necessary to be more focused in order to
completes the task without any stress. These reports are based on individual report which is
related to case study on the topic effective management of time which is crucial for student
success. Then reports analyse the importance of effective time management in order to get
success.

Effective time management
Time management is ones of the major thing in individuals life which is necessary to
manages in effective manner so that it help to allocated to right activity. Also, effective time
management are allowing individuals in order to assign specific time slots to the activities as per
their important. Then, time management also help to make best uses of time because times is
always limited. Effective time management are helps to allow student in order to complete the
task in given period and then focus on not to wasting time by distraction there are different type
of distraction are seen in order to efficient uses of time that can reduce stress. This is also help
for achieving task in contexts to completion of goal (Martin, Stamper and Flowers, 2020). For
instance, John might plan to complete an assignment by Tuesday, so he can meet their friends on
Sunday. That kind of little task are help to provide self time line fixed so that it help to complete
the task on given period. Further, with the help of using efficient time it is necessary to
completes their work on time whether it is related to school assignment or related to personal
reason.
At very student it is necessary to focus on complete their work on time so that its help to
develop the learning pattern which is necessary for stay engaging with their learning which is
important part of the student life. Also, it helps to provide time for other activities such as sports,
youth group, hobbies etc. That kind of activities are helps to provide satisfaction and relaxing the
mind. Then when student manage times effectively, they can spend time with their family and
friends which is essential for refreshing their mind (Rimadana, Santosa and Erwianda, 2019).
Moreover, Good time management allows student to make the most of their abilities by enjoying

satisfaction of accomplishment. To give priority is one of the major parts of student life in order
to focus on all direction. With the student life it is necessary to enjoy personal life with family
and friends which help to manage time in effective manner and learn better.
Important of effective time management
Effective time management is important to get success for student in order to achieve
their objective such as completing assignment on time, get good grand in examination etc. That
kind of small task are help to complete in effective manner which is necessary to completing all
the work on time.
Keep motivated- This is also to build positivity in student life so that it help to keep them
motivated by completing work on time. Also, staying motivating in terms of personally as well
ass personally help to improve the skills in order to learn more (Amir, Sulijaya and Puspitawati,
2020). Then when the goal completed it helps to provided satisfaction which is very necessary to
build enthusiasm and keep the fires on.
Allow student to reflect on talent- When work completed on time it helps to allow
student to reflect on talent by doing different operation in one time. Also, in this situation student
feel comfortable in order to do work in effective manner and able to learn new skills for how to
do improve times management skills. Further, to reflect on current talent help to possess in order
to act with developing certain skills in the future. Then this is also help to improve knowledge
which help to avoid multi multitasking by focus on one task completion.
Refining existing skills- In order to refine existing skills it is necessary to focus more on
current skill that push student to do better also it helps to improve communications skill in order
to ask technique for how to do task in effective manner. This is help to provide the ideas of how
to build new skills such as set the agenda on the basis of setting deadline. This is also help to
build confident in student that they can do any tasks and learn and develop their skill (Lewis,
Swanzy and Dearmon, 2019).
Provides a sense of direction- This is one of the important factor which is necessary to
develop by manage time in effective manner with the help of understanding the purposes of the
tasks and how it can be mapping on the basis of particular task. Then this is help for completing
the task by following all the necessary step which help to build confidence and provide focus on
positive change. That is why student get success with the help to effective time management ins
order to change their learning pattern by focusing more on completing the task.

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that time management is one of the important factor for success of
student because it helps to provide right direction that is necessary to follow by student in order
to complete their tasks on time Also, it helps their knowledge and learning pattern which is
allowed student good time management that give the abilities of enjoy and satisfaction of
accomplishment. Also, report discussed importance of time management skill which help student
to set goals according to the get long term benefits. Also, it gives the ability of thinking
regarding prioritizations of work that is necessary for student to understand.
