INTRODUCTION
The effective management of time plays a very important role in the success of the
student because time is the resource that never comes back, if a person is making effective
utilization of the time then it is beneficial for the future. In the life of the student a time
contributes so much in the studies. A well managed time by the student results in the effective
output and the wastage of time will result in no productivity. Effective time management means
organizing time intelligently by the best possible utilization of the each and every resources
efficiently. It contains the process organizing and planning (Zwikael, Chih. and Meredith, 2018.
The aim of this report is to highlight the importance of effective time management with the
evaluations of the reason behind the time management.

To manage the time effectively means to better organizing one’s time by including all the
task of the particular time with the proper alignment in it. A effective management of time brings
the discipline in the person’s life with the better understanding of the duties and the
responsibilities. In order to manage the time effectively there is a need to define the all the task
and activities clearly , in respect to set them in accordance to the time (Saeed and Ahmed, 2018).
It is very crucial for a student to manage their time effectively to maintain a lifestyle that is
productive and contributes in the success of the student. It is very important to build time
management in the routine of a student, some of the importance of the time are given below:
 Greater productivity and efficiency- A well managed time results in the more
productivity and make enhancement in the efficiency of the student. By the better
management of each and every task and fixed timing for every task that has to be
performed generates more and more productivity. Good time management focuses in the
activities that has to be performed by the a particular person. There are many resources
that helps in the better management of the time and provides practical solutions to the

students. In the process of time management there is need of prioritization of the task and
the work.
 Less stress- The time management in the schedule of the student helps in better
management of all the task. A messed time structure of a person makes the work
unorganized but with that also results in creating stress in the mind of the student. As
managed things satisfy them that each and every thing is set and going as per the desired
objectives. To set the goals and making plan in achieving them helps in making person
efficient and generates the goal faster rather than waiting for the opportunities to come
and then start working. Making the task schedule reduces the anxiety. This also helps in
the avoiding stress and worry about the things getting done or not.
 A better reputation- If a person manages their time well and make schedule according
the plan then there is a better reputation of that person in the world. An inability to to
stick to the plan results in the poor efficiency and bad reputation of the person
 Increased chances of advancement- Good time management gives a the extra time to
do other activities also to do other task and explores the other opportunities to the
students. People who can manage their time effectively have more or extra time to spend
on the hobbies and their personal things which results in the increment in the career of a
particular entity.
More opportunities to achieve your life and career goals- Management of the time well leads
to more and more opportunities and makes less time wastage on the trivial task or activities.
Good timing skills are the prime key in the qualities that teacher or employer look for in the
student (Rahmaz. and Dorodchi, 2018). The capability to prioritize and make proper schedule
results in the effective working with the desirable output of the tasks.
Reasons for better time management.
Time management refers to the designate time to complete everything that a person need to do
and it provides multiple perks of effective time management in the students life as well as bring
success earlier (Cirillo, 2018). To manage the time effectively results in achievement of the
goals faster, get more work done in the less time , make them focused and not waste time in the
distractions. It generates the sense of fulfillment of the tasks and improves the self discipline in

the student life. It also makes the student capable to take the decisions better and generate better
focus towards work.
