Performance Review
TLIF0002 Administer Chain of Responsibility P&P’s
This Assessment is to be conducted between Student and Trainer as a Performance Review of the 4 Week
Simulated Workplace Assessment. Once the student has submitted all consecutive four weeks work diaries
to the trainer via Moodle, the Trainer will contact the student to arrange a suitable appointment time for the
Performance Review to be conducted.
The student will not have access to the Performance Review questions prior to Assessment. This will
ensure the Simulated Work Placement replicates real workplace conditions and is as close to a real
workplace experience as possible. This encourages the employee (student) to react in real-time and have
the ability to respond, as they would in real workplace scenarios.
This Performance Review can only be conducted over the phone, skype, face time or face to face.
This assessment CAN NOT be conducted online and must reflect the fore-mentioned assessment
conditions.

Describe the CoR
Responsibilities under the
legislation and guidelines.
All stakeholders must ensure that their activities
comply with loading, mass, vehicle standards,
dimension, and fatigue.
They also have a responsibility of establishing
effective reporting systems and maintain daily
reporting of all activities.
It is also their responsibility to document and
preserve all necessary records for the maintenance
of safety on roads.

Risk Assessment
Effective risk assessment needs to begin with the
identification of risks in which quality inputs need
to be sought from various stakeholders. The
persistence, impact, velocity, and likelihood of the
identified risks is also a key aspect.
Identified risks need to be traced back to their root
causes so that effective mitigation strategies and
control measures are designed.
Measuring risks is also a key aspect of risk
assessment. It promotes the effective management
of risks.
Risk evaluation ensures that the appropriate risk
response is identified
Finally, risk mitigation and risk monitoring are also
key aspects. While risk mitigation involves the
utilization of the appropriate response, risk
monitoring is meant to prevent the reoccurrence of
the identified risks
