advertising efforts, size, campaigns and marketing budgets.
Advertising and Marketing service prices will be at a fixed-fee or project based price by
estimating the cost of the project times the number of hours required for the project and the
hourly rate of the agency. The fixed amount will be 50% upfront with the final amount due at
the completion of the project. TLM Agency, Inc. standard rate is $125 per hour.
Public Relations service prices will be based upon the scope of the campaign and the client.
Prices varies ranging from $125 per hour to $500 per hour. TLM Agency, Inc. does offer a
standard monthly retainer of $500.00 per month. Rates can be adjusted on all services based
upon the client’s needs.
Special Events service prices will be at a fixed-fee or project based price based upon the client’s
needs and event’s budget. The fixed-fee will be estimated by the number of hours required times

Market Opportunity
According to a friend of mine that worked in the entertainment industry in the Washington, DC
area, there are a lack of marketing agencies for entertainment. The majority of the agencies in
this area are gear towards the federal government and corporate businesses. They do have some
entertainment clients however, a lot of their staff lack the experience of working in the
entertainment industry and the clients aren’t satisfied with their work. My agency will be gear
towards working within the entertainment industry even though Washington, DC is the home of
the political arena, there are several entertainment venues and celebrities that need a marketing
agency specifically to cater to their needs.
Barrier of Entry
I feel that the barrier of entry would be since times are tough, consumers are only purchasing
what they need. They’re also putting their work in the hands of a start-up agency. I think that
would be more of a challenge. This is when my experienced staff with years of proven skills in
their industry come into play. Once the consumer would know their projects and campaigns are
