Managing communication is a systematic planning in which implementation, monitoring
and revision are included. Mostly this term is used when a business wants to grow or think about
the opening new venture. With the help of managing communication business develop its

Present report is based on a upcoming online business that is TNC (The Nice Collection)
and its business owner gathered various information so that they become able to stand in the

that will assists for establishment of business. Team should be taken various discussion about
decision-making process that used in the initial stage of the business. Furthermore every
necessary stage is coved in this report that must for the business (What is Business
Communication. 2016).

For the initial stage of the business various decision has to adopted by the selected team.
In this team should have capability of good decision power, experience holder are also in the
team, good information system and interpreting are included in this. Team leader tries to enhance
their team quality so that at the time of decision making process no hurdle has available. In this
various decision has to be taken by the TNC management that is listed as follows:
Programmed decision: In this management of TNC focuses on its product range that has
launched in the market. In this company has to develop their strategies to evaluate the market
that which type of product is prefers by the consumer as well what ability TNC products having
that leads to differentiate from other online business (Jones and Sallis, 2013).
Non-programmed decision: Here TNC management focuses on supplier that should
cover the need of production. In this team has to concerned with all available routes that may be
needed in the future. In this management also focuses on substitute management that will assist
at the time of shortage.
Strategic decision: When a company think about to come in the market at that time they
must adopt strategies that will assists for stand long term in the market. In this best price
decision, products and services that available to the consumer and also management evaluates
our competitors efficiency (Choo, Detlor and Turnbull, 2013).
Tactical and Operational decision: In tactical medium decision-making taken by the
management for the implement all tactic in which all market related decision taken under this.

interact with each other that time it is easy to reduce the ratio of conflicts as well as minimizing
work related issues (Kumar and et.al., 2015).

growth as well as give them a fair environment of workplace. TNC must follow all rules and

process is listed as follows:

At the time of developing new business venture, the organisation needs to develop a good
communication channel in the organisation. The organisation needs to have open communication
network where the lower level employee will also have rights to talk with higher authorities. The
higher level manager can take the ideas and suggestions of the bottom level employees in the
decision making process (Brunn and et.al., 2012). It will motivate the employees to perform
better. When their ideas and opinions are considered by the higher management, the employees
will definitely feel valuable for the organisation. It will directly impact their performance. They
may become more efficient and effective while working in the organisation. The company will
also get advantage when their workforce will become more capable. The two way
communication process gives mental satisfaction to the employees of the organisation.
On the other side, when the new venture is making the policies, rules and regulations for
the organisation, they need to choose one way communication. The management of the
organisation needs to make rules and the employees are required to follow those rules and
regulations. In this process, only the higher authorities needs to take decisions without
considering lower level employee's opinions (Hoole and et.al., 2016).
In order to develop new business, TNC needs to work more towards improving its
communication network. As the company has already built its brand image in the market, the

As a leader of my business, I need to work on improving my skills and knowledge to
ensure the business goes in the right direction. I need to work hard on my communication skills
that is the most essential requirement for every business organisation. It will require direct
interaction with the customers so I need to develop my communication skills to show the right
image of the company to the customers (Hoole and et.al., 2016). My personal assessment has
helped me to identify my communication skills. I have found that I usually gets hesitated while

so that I can communicate properly (Cohn and et.al., 2015). The following is my personal

working well. The company is not using any password protected system in the business
environment. IT could lead in trouble that the important information may get leaked outside the
organisation. There is no proper records are maintain by the responsible managers. The system of
every employee is easily accessible and the important informations of the organisation can easily

spread outside the organisation (Hala., 2016). The dissemination of information are also not
fully secured. TNC needs to work on these following issues and need to develop right solutions
as soon as possible.
The cited organisation needs to develop password protected system and needs to use
firewall or other similar types of software to maintain the privacy. The company can use cloud
servers for hide the important informations at the server. These cloud server will provide
assistance in accessing the important files any time and from anywhere. In addition to that
company needs to provide personal email Id's and passwords so that personal information can be
send to the individual. It will assist the company to maintain the crucial information safe and
secured. The mentioned organisation can collect right informations from the server and it should
be accessible by the responsible employees only so that the privacy can be maintained and the
important informations can be protected from hackers. As result, company data can be secured
for the long period and can be reused by the company after long years (Brunn and et.al., 2012). It
will assist the company to make improved decision which will result into increase in profit
earning capacity of the firm.

In order to improve collection, formatting, storage and dissemination of information and
knowledge the company needs to make appropriate changes in the strategies adopted by the firm
in the past. The company is facing securities related issues in the organisation. The company
needs to follow several steps in order to make appropriate changes in these strategies. The first
step that the company needs to take is to get email id's of every individual working in the
organisation. The password also needs to be set accordingly (Hoole and et.al., 2016). This step
will help in limiting the access of right information to only specific persons, one individual can
not have access on another's system. Another step that the company can take is to develop online
portal at the workplace, which will limit the reach of the important information at single place
only. The employees can only share or see those informations at company's portal. They can not
take those informations to their home or anywhere else.
In addition to that company needs to appoint one manager who can look after the
employees and observe their performance at the workplace (Nervold and et.al., 2013). In case of
any mismatch happens at the workplace, that manager needs to report higher authority and

be to get access of specific informations from remote and backward areas as well. This will offer
greater integration to employees that aids in attaining the business objectives in appropriate
manner (Hoole and et.al., 2016).

shared through it. This aids in bridging out the gaps in organisation and also it helps in making
interpersonal communication. These strategies will provide assistance to the organisation in
