Introduction
Winning a tort is a big achievement in the career of a lawyer; every tort case reaffirms our trust
in the fundamental principle of the "parity of law." When we check the same fundamental in the
case of tort cases then the things look easier because all we need is to bring our case in the
similar bracket of a given tort. While acting as a defense against this claim of parity we can also
produce the substantial amount of reasoning.

Primary Keywords to bring an event to a tort case
Negligence, strict liability, and international standards are three main keywords that can bring
any event or occurrence under the framework of a legal tort. Negligence can be further divided
into many other heads and the most important head among them is "criminal negligence." It
normally applies to a person or organization, which is conducting or not conducting an activity
that can break the contract, misguided people or bring them under any kind of threat. Placement
of wrong ingredients on a medicine bottle or over claiming can be considered as a crime and it
can be judged under negligence tort (Schrage, 2001).
Torts bringing together various social values under a framework of minimum
A tort can be fixed in the case of the breach of a social norm. For instance printing, the national
flag of a country under a derogatory frame can invite a tort. It breaches the social norms.
Different countries may have different social norms; some of them may have been a bit liberal in
their approach. Still, we cannot deny the disrespect.
The pervasiveness of the torts in the case of IIED
The same disrespect can be connected to the Intentional Infliction of Emotional distress or IIED.
The definition of vulgarity or the portrayal of symbols may have different meanings in different
countries, still, if they are doing it on an international platform and not following the codes of
their own country then it can invite a tort case (Statsky, 2011).

The issues of strict liability and deliberate negligence
Strict liability is another area that remains universal in many ways if you promise a sum to any
person for a delivery then after the delivery you are bound to pay that sum. This we can see in
the case of Nestle when they wrongly placed the image of a coffee tester on the mug of the
coffee and instead of paying $ 1500 just paid $250. The same negligence or the absence of strict
liability forced them to pay $ 5 billion to the same person.
Conclusion
Tort cases set an example for the society, in the current practices when the world is confining
itself into the small village a new complex definition of torts is emerging where cultural and
social differences are finding a common platform for discussions. International torts are in their
primary stages right now, however, soon we will have enough groundwork and theories to
dispense quick tort justice in these cases in the coming future.
