it was cared for. Bieber refused to keep the monkey anymore. As a result the
shelter might declare the monkey as property of the state and would transfer it
permanently at zoo or any animal park.

care and other charges have increased to several thousand Euros

public along with the arrival of the authorities

made it an invasion of privacy.
