INTRODUCTION
The main aim of the current presentation is to throw light on planning and
designing a package. As a Tour Coordinator of lcb Tours, stages being involved in
the creation of holidays will be discussed and planning decisions will be evaluated
for designing a broacher. The current presentation will also focus on the suitability
of various methods of distribution being used for selling holidays by different tour
operators.

DETAILS OF ALL-INCLUSIVE TOUR AND ITINERARY
The tour package has been decided for the students for the destination Greece. The
tour will be of 7 days and even the family members of the students can join the
tour however the prices will vary accordingly depending upon the age of the
family member. The students and other members will stay in hotel Avra Beach
Resort with twin sharing rooms. There are around 80 people and 40 rooms will be
booked. Taxi will be booked for sightseeing and other visits within Greece and
complete food including breakfast, lunch and dinner will be offered for 7 days.
The package to Greece will include all these services.

The hotel being selected for the tour is AVRA beach resort and hotel situated in
Rhodes Island in Greece. It offers ultimate stay experience to guests with splendid
beach and natural surroundings attached to it. It offers many facilities to their
guests such as pool, bungalows for relaxation, Jacuzzi, water sports action and
many more. For the student’s tour, the twin sharing room is being booked in 100
Euros where two adults will share a room (Bellman, 2015).
