given to the tourist in the trip. The different components of holidays are presented that will include
contracting methods favourable to them:-
Staying services: For the education trip it is important that the organisation Trailfinders should include
the staying facilities at the hotels. For this purpose, it is important for them to enter into the contract with
the hotel on a fixed based contract and it will include all the necessary facilities (Choe et.al. 2017). They
can also plan to include recreational activities at the hotel garden area and arrangement for the breakfast
to spend a good time at the hotel itself. 5 days staying has to be covered in the hotel stay for 50 students.
Transportation services: For 50 students the coach arrangement is required to be done for 5 days for

Total cost £9,901 £6949 £797.44 £2029.20 £19,676.44
Profit margin of Trailfinders is 28% of cost = £19,676.44*28/100 = £25,185.84 Cost of per student = £25,185.84/50 = £503.71 per student
