services. The tour operator plays an important role in business expansion and in creating
attractive packages for travellers. The tour operators within the TUI organization will help in
creating attractive and affordable holiday package for business improvement (Richards and Font,

TYPES OF TOUR OPERATORS
Tour operators are responsible for making the travelling and holiday memorable for the traveller.
