gave rise to the barter system (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015). 1500 BC is marked as the era when the Europeans visited pyramids and thus
developed the tourism for pilgrimage. Early tourism started with Nomads who travelled around the world in search of food and shelter. Main
intension of this traveller is to gathered food and traded around the world and gave rise to the barter system (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015).

Effects of current or recent trends and developments on tour operator’s industry
Trail finders is an association who are involving in designing standardized quality of
holiday packages in order to capture minds of rich people such as; politicians, celebrities,
businessmen and various other individual having high income level. In fact, due to
creation of advanced world managerial department are trying to introduce various unique
ideas or thoughts of serving customers by considering development. Therefore, it has
been identified that number of developments or current trends are emerging at European
marketplace which helps tourism company while running their business operations.
Hence, various current trends or growth in tour operating industry is described as
follows: -
Development in technology: - According to this tool it has been assessed that
number of companies are emerging with various types of advanced
equipment’s which aids tourism industry while performing their business
operations. For example; introduction of internet supports in transferring
information about holidays packages in a minimum duration, easy to transfer
money, customers can easily arability status etc. Hence, growth in technology
have a major influence on success of Trail finders as it aids in accomplishing
business activities in a minimum duration.
Maximization in spending power: - As per this technique, it is identified that
due to emergence of multinational organization lots of unemployed person
acquired job which resulted in improvement in their living standard.
Therefore, it also increases the spending potentiality of different consumers
and most of them are prefer travelling to experience new things.
Journey packages: - Trail finders is designing various holiday trip
consist of necessary facilities in order to seek the attention of millions of
consumers. In fact, it has been identified that tourism industry is
considering as one of the fastest developing sector due to maximization
in customer demand. It means an organization need to design splendid
quality of tour packages by considering necessary requirements of tourist
in order to fulfils their demand.
Macro factors: - Fluctuation or modification in government policies,
choice or preferences of entire society due to introduction of innovative
ideas, growth in economy of an association and various other factors
have greater influence on a travelling company. As a result, all these
components are interlinked with each other and having a major relation
with success of an enterprise. For example; tourist avoid places where
there is a political instability and conflicting situation.
Marketing in tourism: - Advanced technology of promoting goods or
services is essential for company development as it aids in maximizing
sales of an association by attracting local as well as foreign clients with
the help of modern equipment’s such as; internet sources, media,
pamphlets, advertisement, impressive brochure etc.
