Personal success this academic year and reasons for success
This academic year have been very grateful for me as have been able to gain various
knowledge regarding some important business topics that are essential for both personal and
professional growth in the future. Also, it has been analysed that the reason for the successful
insights about various things was due to the efficient research skills that have applied to gather
various information from reliable sources in order to get correct and accurate data. Also, it was
due to the fact that I have paid attention in the class so that all the relevant information is noted
and its is not missed out at any point so that better learning is developed.
Moreover, another success was taking part and solving complex reports of the university
course that was due to the fact that there was presence of efficient time management skill that
had allowed in saving lot of time for other activities and remain less stress free to handle various
responsibilities (Ivaniuk and et.al., 2020). Also, this success was gained through having a little
self-confidence that have motivated me to work harder like learner for my own development and
growth. Furthermore, dividing the daily task into the sequence of most priority to least one had
also helped me to complete complex task without any hesitation or pressure. Also, I have
attended all the class regularly that have also helped to understand all the concept in better
manner and appear for my semester exams without any kind of stress or worry. Thus, above are
the few successes that have achieved apart from the rest small achievements achieved during the
whole academic year.
Explaining professional skills that have found difficult and had to work.
Professional skills are used in almost all types of firms whether big or small and hence
have found that my presentation skill was little weak as I was not able to understand certain
formats in which any particular topic was delivered. Moreover, use of short sentences and
images, and formatting style was very difficult for me because of the reason sometimes text was
not arranged in the proper manner (Rumbold, Fletcher and Daniels, 2020). However, later with
help of the assessor this was improved through writing down the font size, writing style and
formatting style in the notes.
Another skills that was hard was technical skill because of which certain technologies
were not able to operate properly and was very little known about use and its feature. Moreover,

use of Microsoft word, excel and spreadsheet were the ones that were the most challenging as it
was not used earlier before and hence imputing the data into these was quite difficult. Also,
leadership skills was lacking as more efficient in carrying out the individual task rather than the
group task. However, when working in the business environment it is required that group of
people are handled and task are delegated in proper manner so that those activities that requires
the support of together might be carried out in most efficient manner. Furthermore, it was hard to
work when the strengths and weakness of other people are not known and hence there are
difficulties in assigning the responsibilities and make other work for positive outcome or results
in the future.
Ways in which values were added to professional academic commnity
To maintain the integrity while learning at the University course special consideration
was made to ensure that all the actions are conducted in the fair and honest manner so that
information provided might be proved as reliable. Also, all the task were taken with due
responsibility so that it is completed on time without missing any kind of deadlines and is
presented in the appropriate manner. Moreover, punctuality in actions was made so that all the
work is carried out systematically without committing any kind of mistakes (Alfaiz, 2018). Also,
fair attempt was made to made better relationships with other people that are enrolled in
academic course so that full support, guidance and respect might be given and taken.
Furthermore, values were added in the professional integrity through adopting the nature of
continuously learning, researching and sharing knowledge among various minor groups that have
not the access of getting enrolled in the university courses.
Moreover, online course might be launched that would help others in learning process to
make it more fun and interesting thus developing the community in whole through giving back in
the form of past acquired knowledge (Niyazova and Niyazova, 2021). Also, proper conduct of
behaviour would be ensured so that people are able to learn various things without having the
felling of being mistreated or disrespected at any point of time. Furthermore, more values might
be added through ensuring loyalty and co-operation in all the task that are being carried out on
daily basis. Moreover, volunteering of time and space is another things that would add value in
the professional community in the long run of working.
