INTRODUCTION
The National Tourism Agency is the agency of tourism which
provides the travelling facilities to the visitors. The role of tourism
consultant is very important in travel and tourism industry. In the
tourism sectors the visitors attraction is most important. In the
visitors attraction, it is important to understand the nature,
management and the development. And the visitors attraction
allows to the learners to expand the process of development to
introducing the new visitors attraction. In this report understand the
different theories of the tourism attraction, different kinds of visitors
and their impacts. And also see the issues of the management of the
attraction will also investigate.

3.1 Processes and potential issues involves in the development
of the tourist attraction
There are many factors involved in the management of the
visitors attraction and the impact on the factors on the
development of the visitors attraction activities. Some times the
company faces some issues at the time of the development in
the tourist attraction. These issues can be:
Location- If the company offers the good location and which is
according to the customers or the visitors. If the location is the
natural visitors attraction like the caves, seas, beaches, hilly
areas and the mountains.

Then in this case the factors affect on the development. The
company not able to get the opportunities related to the natural
places because from these places the company can not earn the
more and more profit an the income.
Funding- It is the most important factor which influence on the
development of the tourism attraction. The funding is the most
important factor. The proper funding is required for the
development of the company in an appropriate manner and it
helps in the development activities in the effective manner.

activities and provides the proper services to the tourists. If the
company do not have the proper financial resources then in this
case the company fail in all the activities and do not provide
the proper services to its customers. And its effects on the
company production.
Processes involves in the development of the tourists attraction:
Project management feasibility study- In this process
involves the development of they project in the company. To
increase development of the tourists attraction, it is necessary
to has the feasibility.

actions. The design should be attractive and it should

the visitors. So recruit the employees according to
their abilities and the skills. It will helpful in the

customers. The company solves the problems of the

Training- Training and the development is very important
factors for the employees. From the training the skills of the
employees increases and through the development the overall
grooming of the employees.

effectively. Training can be regarding to the communication,
