development are also discussed under this. The impact of these management strategies is
explained over the various social, economic and the environment. In this way need of the
visitor attraction management and how it processed has been part of the discussion in overall
assignment in the different section of it.

responsible tourism. In the visitor attraction management it has to be focal point that the place
of attraction is maintained and protected from all types of harms. As an obligation in the
management it has to be ensured that the tourism activities does not affect the natural
resources adversely. The undue practices adopted by the tourist and the local people also be
mitigated under this theory of responsible tourism. In the mission and vision of the
management of tourism in responsible manner local people must be given as much
participation as they can (Seyidov & Adomaitienė, 2016).
The most common theory that will be “Maslow Hierarchy of needs”.
There is a structure of the wants and motivation of the tourist. When these all needs of the
tourist are satisfied they will help in the satisfying the visitor to the place. These includes the:
Physiological Needs: Under this visitor to a place has certain kinds of basic need and these
needs are to be satisfied in the management in the management of the visitor attraction. These
include air, water, shelter, food etc.
Security needs: Another management is regarding the safety and security of visitors to the
place of attraction. The visitor will only like to visit the places which are safe and secure.
