INTRODUCTION
Tourism industry is a commercial organization and operation of spend holidays and visits
different and interested places. Philippines Development Tourism is a tourist development
committee (Job and Lane, 2017). Report will be explain stakeholders benefits, advantages and
disadvantages, tourism development planning at different levels, methods to measure tourist
impact, stages on planning for sustainability. After this report will discus methods of resolving
conflicts of interested tourism destinations, implications of balancing supply and demand, ethical
issues of enclave tourism. And in the last report will describe current issues with tourism
development and future development of tourism industry.
TASK 1
1.1) Stakeholders benefit from planning of tourism development-
Tourism can provide short term economic, environment effects of visiting destination.
Consider stakeholders participation during planning of decision making for development.
Develop the destination increase numbers of tourist, government revenue, profit share of
stakeholders. For long term development investment capital useable in infrastructures, natural
and socio-culture environment. Tourist come from different countries, they increase income of
stakeholders and spread their sector. Stakeholders have right to give their suggestions for
development and become a part of decision making committee (. Rasoolimanesh, and et.dl 2017).
Philippines Development Tourism stakeholders make their long term and short term profit.
Tourism sector partnership is highly effective growth for the success of tourism planning
and development process. Since, public sector is highly concerned with the provisions of
services, regulations conflicts etc. On the other hand, private sector concerned with profit,
partnerships between the private and public sector on various issues can be benefits for
destinations. There are given some benefits to describes the stakeholder benefits
Economic development : By the development in tourism sector would help to increase
the employment opportunities to sustain and grow with economic development. Economic factor
affect the economic development in tourism destination which affect directly to local
communities.
Resources : This is the another benefits of tourism industry that helps to provide
different resources and opportunities to accomplish the marketing support.

Community : Community is the another benefit that helps community to achieve
personal goals. Community will help to achieve benefits of marketing and resources to
accomplish personal goals.
1.2) Advantages and disadvantages of tourism public/private sector planning-
There are many advantages of public/private partnership ventures that they should be
work as joint ventures. Tourism sector where partnership exist, agreement occur between public
and private sectors. Public sector has concerned with providing services, solutions of land
conflicts and foam and apply developments policies, while private sector only focused on profit.
Partnership between public and private sector is more beneficial for visiting place. Public sectors
spend their revenue for development and private sector attract visitors and earn profit.
Philippines Development Tourism has partnership and develop tourist places and earn profit
according to agreement.
Advantages
Local governmental bodies and private companies both combines their individual efforts
to make effective sustainable development. Through which all issues, community
integration conflicts can easily solved by the company.
Partnership between public and private sector helps to introduced new development in
technology, infrastructures to make better distribution process of tourism services.
Effective services or partnership of both the sector will more helpful to creates the scope
or opportunities for the country development process.
Disadvantages
Partnership helps to influence profit making decisions and distribution of resources. Due to
competitive advantages may be difficult to meet with static link with public authorities.
Its roles and responsibilities might get affect the local community to sustain and grow
with parallel to partnership.

2.1) Features of tourism development planning at different levels-
Tourism development planning at different levels-
International level- This level include more than one country and involves areas like
global transport service, tourism marketing, coordination between public and private
sectors countries, International tourism policies (. Rasoolimanesh and Jaafar, 2017).

National level- National level tourism planning is work according to national tourism
policy, transportation connection within the nation, huge numbers of visitors attraction,
provide well and attractive facilities' and services, tourism market, good and
knowledgeable tourist guide, investment for destination development.
Regional level- Regional level tourism planning is usually made by states, regional
authority, local transportation network etc. all functions are related at regional level.
Sub Regional levels : all the functions or features at regional level are diversely effective
or ineffective in sub sections which makes the implementation of policies and procedures
easy and effective. On the other hand, it is more ineffective and low productive resource

feel comfortable and start avoid Philippines tour.
High market policies- Philippines has high market policies for tourist. It is not
