to enable the creativity among the individual and create some of the challenging aspect which
make the job or career more appropriate and adventurous. This report state about the overview of
the selected organisation and the career opportunities which may be helpful for an individual to
grow it for the longer period. In this, the progress with the organisation by evaluating with the
training and qualification and various program which is developed by organisation to enhance
the productivity and skill of employees to get more benefit and generate profit by maximizing
