father died and after that he began working with a local gardener as a assistant. He
always wanted to travel in different parts within UK in his early age. This passion of
travelling allowed him to do something of its own. He came up with an idea of providing
travel packages to the customers after attending a meeting in the Temperance society.
After making this idea, he started to take a group of people to Loughborough. He took
feedback from the customers and a bunch of profit in terms of capital . After this
package, he started providing different packages to the Temperance Society, school
children and other enthusiastic adults. This gave him an idea to plan a business in this
sector. Moreover, confidence level of Thomas Cook also reached high and he was
passionate to start a new business of its own. He started taking people to different
