Abstract
The tourism practice visited during the field trip in boondall wetlands reserve was able to
provide us with on of the best exposures so far. As a group, we were able to obtain one of the
most essential first-hand experiences in relation to what is entailed in different boundaries of
tourism (Almeida-García, Peláez-Fernández, Balbuena-Vazquez & Cortes-Macias, 2016).
Moreover, it enabled us to encounter different situations that we had never encountered before
thus providing us with clear information regarding how they relate with the surrounding
environment. We were able to come across various types of realities and issues that have been
able to impact on management of tourism practices and as a result of this; we were able to
evaluate some of the practices that are capable of scaling up the entire sector together with those
that have the capability of minimizing different aspects of development. It was an experience
that can never be compared to any other since it played quite a number of essential roles by
acting as s step stone to each and every personality who was able to encounter the whole
experience. The article therefore aims towards using various types of parameters in order to
bring out the intended purpose. Moreover, the critical review will also be able to come on board
with a wide range of appropriate recommendations regarding how different operations needs to
be carried out in order to attain a particular set of objectives.
Introduction
Realities together with various issues impacting on management and tourism practices
experienced in Boondall Wetlands reserve is known to be consisting of different issues. This is a
practice that is known to have the capability of providing various types of essential information
that can be used in the analysis of various situations. Moreover, this is a practice that is critically
reviewed due to various reasons. One of the major reasons as to why the whole practice is being

critically reviewed is to extract different types of essential information that are able to clearly
indicate a wide variety of issues that have been able to impact on various aspects of management
and tourism practices within the whole sector. Moreover, the critical review is also done to carry
out a wide range of analysis that is attached to different parameters and several other outcomes
thereby indicating their relationship within the boundaries of management and tourisms
practices. On the other hand, the critical review also aims towards creating awareness of the
entire situation across different people who are known to be existing in different boundaries be it
at the local, national or even international boarders thereby making them to be aware of various
practices that are likely to be experienced within the tourism industry together with all the
outcomes that are capable of emerging as a result of the implementation of all those practices.
There are a wide range of realities together with several other issues that have been able to fully
impact on management of tourism practices. What is more worrying about these issues is that at
some point, they are likely to develop the potential of eradicating various aspects of development
that are known to be taking place within the tourism industry thus making it very difficult to
carry out certain operations in a manner that is required. This later on leads to the emergence of
poor outcomes that are not necessary at all. The critical review of the entire practice is therefore
concerned with shading light to various organizations and personalities thereby making them to
be fully aware of what are likely to take place in relation to such incidences either at the current
situation or in the coming future. At the same time, different information that are known to be
attached to Boondall wetlands reserve will be adequately obtained thus providing on of the
easiest time to various personalities regarding different practices together with several other
issues that are known to be existing within that environment. Different top management officials
too have been able to encounter some of the realities that are capable of impacting on

management of tourism practices thus giving them one of the hardest times to implement a wide
variety of leadership techniques that are capable of taking the entire situation to the next level.
Results
As far as the entire tourism practice is concerned there are a wide range of results that
were extracted from the entire situation thus providing a clear outcome in relation to different
types of realities and issues that have been able to impact on the management of tourism
practices within that area. The following are some of the major issues that were evaluated to
have the potential of impacting on the management of tourism practices. Different issues were
found to be strongly related to be related to the management of tourism activities and their
potential impacts to determine different possible outcomes in relation to the tourism outcomes
that are being carried out within the area. Moreover, the whole results was appropriately obtained
through the implementation of quite a number of ethical issues.
Interactions between tourists and nature
As far as the results are concerned, it was observed that tourists putatively interact with the
surrounding nature that is capable of fully attracting their attention thus making them to turn out
in large numbers where most of them normally tend to get attracted to different types of wildlife
that they are capable of coming across. The DPSIR model is capable of adequately describing the
interactions taking place between the tourists and nature by providing a description of different
issues. The model states that different driving forces like economic growth have been able to
show a positive relationship that is existing between tourists and nature. As far as the model is
concerned, various pressures such as pollution have been able to impact negatively on the
tourism management within the area. Moreover various states like water quality that takes place

within the natural environment are capable of determining the relationships that will exist
between the tourists and nature. On the other hand, public health is an essential factor that
determines the attraction of tourists towards a given environment. Finally, various responses
such as taxes will also determine the rate of attraction between the tourists and nature since
higher taxes is capable of pushing away the tourists to different locations.

We found out that environmental issues are among the major factors that are impacting
on the management of tourism practices. Good climate that is attained as a result of
environmental issues is one of the essential issues for the management of tourism practices
within that area therefore attracting the attention of different tourists who tend to be originating
from different places. Moreover, beautiful sceneries also come on board as a result of
environmental issue (Huang, Backman, Backman & Chang, 2016). People tend to like different
environments where they are able to encounter one of the best experiences regarding nature thus

making it much easier to manage a wide variety of tourism practices. On the other hand, socio-
economic issues appear to be one of the major factors with an approximation of 82%. Socio
economic issue like accommodation that is being provided in Boondall Wetlands reserve has
been able to positively impact on the management of tourism across different sectors since they
have been able to put much focus in terms of providing good accommodation services to all the
tourists who have been visiting the area for various reasons. On the other hand, there are also
different types of historical and cultural issues that have been able to impact on the management
of quite a number of practices that are known to be involving tourism. Many tourists have been
able to get attracted to some of the places of historical significance within this area specifically
where there is the existence of legacy in terms of rich cultural heritage (Chathoth, Ungson,
Harrington & Chan, 2016). Tourists have been able to love exploring the entire area that is
known to have a wide variety of natural things that can be seen and felt and due to this, the area
has been able to encounter a positive impact in relation to different conditions attached to
tourism management. Finally, there are religious issues that are known to impact on tourism
management with an approximated percentage of 70%. People are normally concerned with
quite a number of environmental places that are capable of providing them with one of the best
conditions when to come to seeking of their inner peace. With such a beautiful and quite
environmental condition, there has been a positive impact that has been encountered as far as the
management of different types of tourism services is concerned. The realities and issues capable
of impacting on the management of tourism can therefore be used to analyze the entire situation
both in the current situation and even in the coming future in order to provide various
personalities with an adequate progress of what is taking place (Font, Garay & Jones, 2016).

Discussion
The above obtained results clearly send different signals in relation to what is taking
place. Firstly, they indicate that the realities and issues impacting on the management of tourism
practices have been on the fore front to provide one of the best suitable and reliable solutions
regarding how the entire sector can be scaled up through the implementation of different aspects
of appropriate management practices (Lee & Hsieh, 2016). On the other hand, the results also
mean that the entire tourism sector is likely to move to higher levels in the coming future thereby
making it possibly to meet all the needs of different tourists by eradicating any issues that are
likely to be attached to discrimination on the basis of their background, age or even skin color.
Additionally, the results also means that tourism sector is gaining popularity at a higher rate
within that area and due to this, many tourists are currently being attracted with the surrounding
environment in relation to some of the things that they are capable of experiencing. All the
operations associated with tourism have been clearly highlighted by the entire results (Cucculelli
& Goffi, 2016).
The entire study matters very much due to various factors, firstly, it has the potential of
carrying out an essential, reliable and easily understandable analysis of the whole situation
through the use of various results in relation to what is taking place within the surrounding
environment (Zaman, Shahbaz, Loganathan & Raza, 2016). Moreover, the study also matters a
lot since it is capable of creating awareness across various personalities and organizations most
so the ones that are more concerned with different issues involving tourism (Zhang & Gao,
2016). This will therefore enable them to develop some of the best practices that are capable of
allowing them to meet all the needs of each and every tourist who are always concerned with
visiting the area. Also, the entire study matters a lot when it comes to providing appropriate

knowledge of research to different scholars thus acting as an essential source of reference where
they can obtain on of the most reliable set of information without experiencing any conditions of
disturbances or confusions (Gössling & Buckley, 2016).
Finally, as far as the entire situation is concerned, there are various future issues that need
to be carried out in order to ensure that the entire tourism sector maintains it success thus
offering a stiff competition to several other industries that are known to be existing within the
economy of the country (Campopiano, Minola & Sainaghi, 2016). There is the need to come up
with appropriate and reliable bodies both at the local, regional and at the national level that will
be able to provide one of the best guidelines on how to handle different tourism related situations
thus giving it an opportunity to emerge as a success (Scott, Hall & Gössling, 2016). Moreover,
different leaders should also come together to provide different ideas on how best they can
overcome some of the barriers that are likely to scale down the conditions of tourism
management thus making sure that it is capable of moving towards the right direction(Davis,
2016). Additionally, Boondall Wetlands reserve should give customer service one of the best
priorities most so the ones that are related to tourism services thereby ensuring that each and
every expectations of all the customers are well addressed without any delays (Vitasurya, 2016).
This will in turn create a positive reputation across the tourists thus attracting more and more
population (McCool, 2016). Finally, there needs to be an appropriate implementation of different
aspects of ethical considerations since they form one of the best parameters that are capable of
creating meaningful boundaries regarding some of the operations that should be given the first
priority to ensure that change is attained within the minimum time possible (Horng, Tsai, Yang
& Liu, 2016).

The quality and quantity attached to tour interpretation together with the
sustainability of tourism practice
The entire tour was of high quality that enabled up to come across different experiences
which ended up exposing us to the surrounding environment beyond our comfort zones.
Moreover, the sustainability of tourism practice is also another thing altogether it was able to
bring one of the most adequate outcomes that was targeted towards the positive side of issues
(Wise, 2016). By using the prism of sustainability, the entire tourism practice appears to be
appropriately sustainable thereby making it to be capable of meeting the needs of the coming
generation (Fetscherin & Stephano, 2016). This means that appropriate continuation of the
tourism practice will ensure that different benefits are fully encountered over and over again
most so by those individuals who are interested in taking part in a wide range of tourism
practices (Gomezelj, 2016).
Moreover, it is also essential to include the interaction that is taking place between
tourism practice and the locals (Battour & Ismail, 2016). The local individuals within the
surrounding communities have been able to benefit a lot from different types of practices. Firstly,
they have been able to showcase their cultural value to various tourists thus promoting their
cultures across different individuals (Yi-hui & Xiao-su, 2016). At the same time, the interaction
between tourism practice and the locals has enabled the locals to acquire different types of job
opportunities thus making them to be able to earn a living and even go as far as supporting their
respective families in terms of providing them with various types of basic needs that they require
for their survival. It is an interaction that has been more positive (Mihalic, 2016).
