the global market. Tourism becomes an important source of earning and also provide

ethical behaviours in the society and also save environment for such factors which affects their
working.

Report will include the legal issues and rules regarding framework and condition for passenger
relating to tourism sector. It also includes the general principles of heath, safety and protection of
laws causing impact in hotels. Further it analysis the various contract which is to made and
consumer protection laws in relation to tourism sector for customers. Lastly the report ends up
with Corporate Social responsibility an ethical dimensions faced by the travel agencies in
tourism business sectors.
