visits to another destination. They evaluate the needs, preferences and budget of their clients in
providing suggestions that are appropriate (Hassan, 2014). For getting the best deals possible,
contractors utilize their ties to hotels, airlines, vehicles and companies.
There are a number of situations that contractors must have the extensive knowledge such
as:
Airline policies
Health and vaccinations
Customs regulations
Travel advisories
Weather and climate
Exchange and currency rates
International and local geography
Travel documentation including passports and visas
Traveling to holiday destinations is the part of the job with travel consultants. It helps
them to think about the facilities first-hand, and their customers will go through traveling
practice (Gustafson, 2014). It generally allows them to even more easily propose certain
destinations.
