1TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
Blog One
In this blog, I will discuss about the impact of the internal environment that can prove to
be handy in case of managing issues and conflicts within the hospitality and tourism
management. I have found through my studies that most important internal factors that have a
huge impact on the development of hospitality and tourism are attraction of tourist spots,
transport facilities and hotel accommodations (Page 2014). I believe that hotels within the private
sector in the modern times should always attempt to set up theme parks, accommodations for
more people in their hotels and some other facilities that would draw the attention of the tourists.
The choices of the tourists are always changing and hotel authorities should always keep up with
the internal infrastructure of the hotels. The potential of the hotels to attract the tourists is one of
the most important factors for measuring the strength of the hotels (Page 2014). Apart from that,
there are several opportunities for the organizations to develop their internal infrastructure of the
organizations so they can provide many scopes for their tourists for recommendations. The lower
accommodation facilities are regarded as the weaknesses for the hotel organizations. I
recommend that hotels should clearly make the things better to be competitive within the
industry (Nieves and Segarra-Ciprés 2015).
Blog Two
In this second blog, I will highlight upon the impact of the customer preferences on the
betterment of the organizations. One of the things that should be regarded as influential is
providing the cheap packages for their tourists. If the tourists can get better packages and better
accommodation facilities, they will surely be preferred by tourists over their competitors (Nieves
and Segarra-Ciprés 2015). The international hotel organizations must view most important things
for their customers to review their process and ask them to recommend their relatives and office

colleagues to recommend this hotel (Abrate and Viglia 2016). The international organizations
must always measure their customer demographics to allow them for providing better facilities
along with better transport facilities. The location of the hotel organizations should be placed at a
better place so customers or tourists could easily access those hotels. The managers of these hotel
organizations can opt to make for arrangements for more accommodations to their tourists in the
times of high need like festivals (Baum 2016). This will impact on the growth rate of the
organization and cater to the GDP of the country as well. In this way, organizations would be
able to increase their potential. They should not over price their rooms in peak times and give
offers on certain times to their loyal clients.
