INTRODUCTION
The primary aim of this report is to identify the importance of new trends which is directly
impact on the tour & tourism industry. In this report, it will be selecting the Job profile- Junior
HR executive in tour & tourism industry. Afterwards, I will conducting both primary &
secondary research in order to focus on the tourism industry. Moreover, I also focus on the
different skills, knowledge and experience requires for managing and controlling business
operational tasks within tourism industry.
Analysis and application

Researcher can be used secondary analysis and affords opportunity to collect or gather
information from articles, journals, newspapers and publications.

In recently, tourism industries are continually disrupted by new trends and innovations,
and there is no exception to this. Keeping pace with emerging tourism trends that help enterprise
to stay competitive. Being a graduate in Hotel management, there are some common skills
require when a candidate applied for the position of “Junior HR executive”. Here are explained
the different changes which occurred in the tourism industry.
Changes occurs in hospitality industry
Technological Advancements- An adaptation as well as integration of modern technology
which has been captured over past decade. Nowadays, A modern technology which may be used

return.
Innovative food & beverage offerings- in tourism industry, it is important to select or choose
right menu for client according to the demand. Enterprise will be adapting the new normal social
distancing and modifying layout, structure or services. For example- Reservations and pre-
booked time slots have been maintained by restaurant, hotels.
Impact of globalisation and technology for tourism industry
The globalisation has resulted in the increase of modern technology and development of
artificial techniques which is mainly adapted by tourism industry. The concept of globalisation
has helped reduce price or cost, enhance operational activities and also improve the customer
experience (Grobelna, 2017). Globalisation has been rapidly increasingly demand of modern
technology in which establish a strong communication, guest service systems.
On the other hand, Globalisation impact on the tourism influence the different factors:-
unlimited access to data or information, development & constant modernization the
accommodation services, free markets and Foreign trade related to them. In this way, it has been
identified the tourism enterprise expand their business networks in the international markets,
Considerable demand for travel services and always maintain high level international
competition.

In this research method, it has been conducting the primary research by using interviews,

is an essential aspect to knowledge about HRIS and use in the different organization operations
such as payroll, benefits and rewards. Knowledge of information system is become consider as

educational qualification in management field. So as, it have already gained a lot of knowledge
and understand what are different requirements of tourism enterprise. Sometimes, it relates to
potential choice of junior HR executive in tourism industry (Sonnenschein, 2020). Nowadays, I
have analysed the high competition level so that it become great opportunity for me to place in
good tourism organisation. Being a recent graduate in management field, it is very important for
me to establish own career in tourism industry. That’s why, I believed that role of junior HR
executive become consider as an emerging with tourism enterprise.

in my personal views, this is vast areas where I am explored my own skill and achieve
personal growth. In future, I have decided to become achieve position in step by step manner.
This can possible when I have tried to improve skills and adapt the new emerging technologies.
The knowledge and expertise in technology will support for me to perform business tasks easily,
moreover it can easily fulfil all essential need or requirement for consumers in tourism industry.
Furthermore, I have already good communication skill which is always help me to overcome any
kind of complex situation or condition in proper manner. Sometimes, I thought that effectiveness
of skill, knowledge and experience which will support in future to acquire more information or
data. In my personal career growth or development, I have taken some suggestion from my
supervisor and then can perform tasks accordingly.
Additionally, On the basis of evaluation to focus on the changing trends in the tour &
tourism industry. This is always inspiring for me to improve skill and gain more expertise in
modern technology. In future, I can achieve personal as well as professional growth and
