INTRODUCTION
Career analysis is known to be one of the important elements that allow people to
understand potential career prospects that are facilitated by programmes, interactions and
perception. In addition, this is a process in which each leader sets to make successful choices in
his or her life as well as to gain different opportunities (Lee, Lee and De Villa-Lopez, 2019). The
key aim of this study is to demonstrate understanding of the qualifications, expertise and
experiences required by graduate students to reach pre-determined clear strategy. The tourism
industry is the field covered by this article. As well as I am very interested in being part of this is
that the respective field is of my keen interest. In addition, this study is also about acquiring
information relevant to patterns, and even some training and resources that will impact the
tourism industry. There is report on tourism and how it is managed within countries after covid
pandemic.
Analysis and Application
This is a report which will provide information about primary research on the topic tourism
and effect on it due to corona pandemic. There are eight friends who are managing the research.
Both primary and secondary research is used for completing the research work. Also, journals
and articles are used for managing the completion of research work.
General trends which will impact on your chosen profession/industry
The sector selected for this study is the tourism sector and primary and secondary
information has been collected to assess the improvements that exist in the respective industry.
The tourism industry has been thoroughly formulated in previous decades, but the overview of
the tourism sector has shifted to a larger degree owing to recent developments due to the
pandemic. As per the primary study that has been carried out, it has been found that 2 out of 4
workers have lost their employment due to the tourism industry crisis, suggesting that 60 percent
of people have lost their jobs on average. Because of income loss as well as functions, it has
generated major job losses in the respective industry. The potential positions that researchers are
planning to apply for would be specifically impacted. This method of primary investigation has
also determined that almost every organisation in the tourism sector fails to compete even in the
current market situation. The pandemic caused by corona virus h was also caused for managing
the tourism industry. From the latest figures, the economic pain and deprivation caused by

millions of households across the UK, who relies on travel and tourism for their livelihoods, is
evident. The slump in demand, which has threatened London's role as one of the world's leading
hubs for business and leisure travel, needs to rise. We urgently need to combine stop-start

industries such as tourism that have different issues and are actually hiring certain individuals.
The tourism industry has also been influenced by technology. It has also allowed the sector
to offset high wages with lower wages (Valdés and et. al., 2019). In addition, technical factors
have enabled the sector to reduce costs, improve communications, and encourage guest
satisfaction by facilitating fast and convenient reservations. This is important to become very
conscious of the innovations and equipment used by the sector to achieve jobs in the tourism
industry by undertaking heavily influenced technology into the tourism sector. In addition,
altering the tourist economy, as well as employment in the sector. Globalizations have also made
tourism convenient for people, and have enabled foreign access to independence. It has increased
procedures and sales in this sector, which has limited jobs within the industry. Yet, also be
hopeful, globalisation is also the source of extremism, public safety challenges, and cultural
erosion mostly in tourism industry. It can also be claimed that globalisation plays a key role in
improving jobs in the respective sector.. The above results are accumulated from both primary
and secondary source which renders general trends that is presently affecting tourism sector.
This provides analysis of how COVID 19 has affected tourism cross the world.

Customer service skills: As a result of hospitality in the tourism industry, there is no
exchange of products, but there is an exchange of customer service that seeks to please
consumers. Candidates with suitable expertise will allow them to attract clients who will
produce success in the benefit and wellbeing of the business. Customer service has to be
enhanced by companies for managing the work properly and developing good brand
image. Good reputation is related to the proper management of companies and analysing
the importance of effective tourism across the world.
Time management skills: The most potential skills that help people to handle their time
in such a way are undertaken so that all assigned tasks can be carried out at a specified
time period(Thennakoon and Dahanayake, 2020). Thus in stress time, respective
competencies are very relevant, individuals who rely on this competency might also have
been responsible for functioning in pressure situations as well as the management of
tourism companies in order to complete the targets. Time management is needed for
managing the work effectively and attaining goals.
Innovation and strategic management: Innovation and strategic management:
Innovation is a very necessary skill that is specially required at the time of this pandemic.
When taking the current situation into consideration it is necessary that company is
successfully working towards human resource management. It is necessary that they are
providing innovative strategic management to the entire guest for visiting them. In
tourism sector innovation is necessary as they need to assure a number of functioning
activities in this pandemic such as social distancing as well as effective measures to take
care of everyone’s health.
Other than the above mentioned competencies there are also various expert Isis and
knowledge areas that are important for different candidates who have interest in pursuing their
career as a professional in tourism sector. Below mention of areas such competencies:
Emotional intelligence: There are a number of candidates who are working towards
seeking an employment opportunity in the sector of tourism. It is necessary for such candidates
to have knowledge and idea about emotional intelligence so that they can successfully present
empathy towards all the guest were visiting them and satisfy them with maximum customer
experience.

Health prevention measures: When taking the present scenario of Covid 19 into context, it
is necessary that the human resource in organisation is appropriately performing all the functions
in order to stop the spread of Corona Virus. This is an essential competency for individuals in the
current times.
Evaluation
The job vacancy available in tourism sector requires undergraduate degree qualification and
experience is not essential. When taking the following job into context the major cause in order
to opt for the following job is that I have keen interest in the following sector. The leader job role
for this following advertisement is our tour leader (Tolkach and Tung, 2019). There is also a
recruiter PGL is for respective job roles. It is also effective in providing a number of
opportunities to travel to different places. I have successfully undertaken different job roles in
this as well. When taking the following profile into context it is a full time employment and it is
successfully facilitating me to be employed for full-time and working towards my interest. Also
the following job advertisement is not requiring any experience and therefore it is appropriate for
me.
However, when the job role is seen it is not something new but it is essential for any
company in tourism sector. Also the job role is required relocation to a number of different
places. There are different advantages and opportunities which of the following job role is
providing which will be beneficial to grow in future.
CONCLUSION
With the help of the above report it can be concluded that there are a number of different
opportunities available for students after they are completing their studies at graduate level. It is
also essential for individuals to effectively choose their own interested area so that they can
effectively perform in it.
