At the time period of my education I had a chance to acquire maximum learning. It was
the time to learn and grow. By going through this whole module, I had studied exhibition and
conference management as well as all about tourism. My respective field of study is tourism
industry which is very interesting and I have gone through the study of sustainable tourism,
museums heritage and cultural tourism. At the time of studying this area I have developed my
research skills as well as presentation skills. In this whole module I had studied through
presentation. All these topics are covered in the presentation which helped me to develop my
public speaking and also improved my essay wordings. At the time of making presentation I
was easily able to develop appropriate sentences and make better formation of that.
Developing any presentation requires appropriate computing knowledge. While writing
information about the tourism as well as any other area such as sustainable tourism I had
gone through the vast research. It has helped me in developing my research skills and also
increases my level of knowledge. By this, I was able to make presentation with using all the
effects and it has helped me in making my appropriate sentence formation as well. My essay
writing and English speaking skills was extremely improved.
Communication is the most essential thing which I have developed over the time
through this module. It helped me in developing my future capabilities and skills. However, I
have faced several challenges while going through this study. It can be stated that this study
has given me immense opportunity to develop my career within the field of travel and
tourism. At the level of student I have faced several difficulties while making presentation
and reading it. Through the presentation, now I am quite familiar with computers and I am
having good knowledge in the area of computing.
In addition to this, it can be determine that while going through the thorough study and
developing appropriate presentation I has raised my level of confidence as well as can do
attitude. I had acquired a positive attitude after completing this module which has developed
a sense of belongingness that I can do and learn. By having this attitude I might learn more
and go through better and appropriate future studies. Before starting this module my
weaknesses was presentation as I may not able to speak publically and present anything
appropriately. After going through module I am now able to present anything in front of
anyone. I have developed a positive attitude and change in my nature which is highly
appreciated by other. By having better presentation skills I can make my professional career

on a right path. I have carried out a research by collecting information from different sources
such as different books, generals and magazines. Here, it has helped me in enhancing my
knowledge in different areas of field. Through this, I am able to develop my knowledge
within the area of exhibition and conference management, sustainable tourism, museums
heritage and cultural tourism etc. It has developed my interest level in this field of study and
through this I can make my professional career within the same.
However, this module has helped me in made progress and developing my research
skills due to my thorough research within this particular fields. My whole journey of
discovery through this module challenged my thinking at different levels and I have founded
all those areas where I need improvements. Somewhere it has proven to be very positive for
me as I have developed in various senses. Lot more new ideas and concepts have been
founded by me and it has assisted my in developing multiple career opportunities for me.
In addition to this, after this module a level of study has been increased and I had gone
through the area of professional business research. This research has made me quite familiar
with Ms-Word which has helped me in improving my computing knowledge. At the time of
conducting this research appropriate research questions has been framed by me. I have
challenged my critical thinking and level of knowledge. However, I have framed it in very
appropriate manner which has raised my confidence level as well. By going this business
research I had developed a research proposal in for my dissertation and developed my
employability skills such as CV+Interview. With this CV, I was able to find out the areas
where improvement required by me. All my employability skills has been improved such as
communication, critical thinking, computing knowledge, fast learning and can do attitude. At
the time of studying this whole module several threats have been faced by me such as
different teaching methods. Most of the time, I may not be able to understand the teaching
methods. Another major threat is related to the students who are performing better than me.
Due to them, my motivation levels have decreased sometimes and it has becoming one of the
major reasons for my poor performance as well. So, I still need to develop self-esteem
capabilities so that I can go through the quality performance.
Further, from this whole module I have founded that there are various developing
opportunities for me within the area of multiple career sections. I am having better
presentation and communication skills which boosted my self confidence level. It provides
me various job opportunities and enhances my level of enthusiasm. In addition to this, my
whole journey through this study raised my confidence level and brings out a positive change
in me. However, I have faced various challenges regarding appropriate presentation as well

as threats from better students. This has helped me in enhancing my public speaking skills as
well as leadership skills. Moreover, in future I may able to make dissertations in an effective
manner. Through this coursework, I am able to develop my employability skills as well
which assist me in securing my employment opportunities. By acquiring a wide range of key
skills in this module, it has provided me an immense support for my bright future and career.
