INTRODUCTION
By conducting module a person or student able to enhance their several skills, abilities
and knowledge which help them in developing better career or future successfully (Denzongpa.
Nichols and Morrison, 2020). The respective assignment is reflective essay on the module of
tourism. This will be include several topics like about the module, learning from module,
challenges related to that and what can be alternative.
MAIN BODY
The respective module is based on the tourism which include numbers of information
related to respective sector such as its laws, effectiveness, challenges and so on. Tourism is
considered as activities of individual travelling to as well as staying in different places outside
their usual environment or surrounding for different purpose such as business, leisure, fun and so
on. According to my thinking module is about the function and importance of tourism as well as
it will also include different other topics like rules or legislation of respective industry (Pung,
2020). Moreover through this module I have learn numbers of things such as tourism sector
highly contribute to the economy growth, it also provide high employment. Along with this, I
also learn that there are several rules, regulation and policies which need to followed by
businesses operating in similar industry. While conducting module there are several things which
went well such as I able to enhance numbers of skills such as research skill, interactive skill,
problem solving skill and so on. Moreover, I also thing well that I enhance my knowledge about
the respective industry. On the other hand, there are several challenges which are experienced
during the conducting module such as there is little bit less time provided due to that I need to
conduct my research work very fast. Along with this, another challenge which I faced while
conducting module of tourism is I experienced difficulties in interacting with different people
due to language and culture barriers as well as I also faced confusing situation in determining
which are special laws developed by government for tourism sector. In respect of this there are
several aspects which can be done differently such as I can develop proper plan at the initial
stage according to time provided to us as well as I can also visit tourism business to know what
all rules and regulation they follow for conducting business smoothly (Varley, Schilar and
Rickly, 2020). Through this module I able to enhance number of skills which impact on future as

through this I able to develop effective as well as successful career by getting proper job with
high package.
CONCLUSION
By conducting analysis of above mentioned topic it can be summarised that through
conducting module in effective manner an individual able to earn several things which directly
enhance their skills, abilities and knowledge. Through enhanced skills a person able to grab
opportunities successfully which leads to successful future.
