from their workplace or living area. The travel and tourism industry at large scale forms part of
hospitality industry. This is growing with fast pace in today's competitive marketplace. This present
report is based on Titan tour company founded in 1978 situated at Titan House, Cross Oak Lane,
Redhill. It is escorted holiday company which provides holidays, tour packages and covers almost all
continents with planned itineraries which comprises of cruises, rail journeys, adventure activities for
small groups and trips specially for solo travellers
