motivates the to travel more. Having fulfilled needs of the consumers in the aspects of living,
behaviour of the people, food and environment encourage them to travel more and more.
Tourism is also getting developed with the rise of international events that makes the people of
the country to participate and travel to another country(Hitchcock, King, and Parnwell, 2018).
Economic experience can be enhanced with the goods and services that sold by the particular
economy makes the impact on other's people lives. There is need to makes economic shift in
respect to spend the time and the money which promote democratize happiness. By offering
unique and memorable experience to the tourist economic experienced can be enhanced.
After the pandemic there has been major change in the approaches of the country to deal with
the tourists with new policies and regulations(Jamal, 2019). Now the expectations of the tourist
are turned more towards hygiene, safety and security. Tourist wants that that tour is less risky in
terms of health and wants the coverage of health risk management. There are more accuracy in
terms of travelling and choosing destinations to travel. Pandemic has changes the planning
process as it starts from picking a destination ends with the necessary adjustments in the

here. In the context of fair and equal rights working and conditions , on this tourism is
contributed positively as with the growing interactions and communications people are becoming
more aware about the individual rights and responsibilities(Milano, Cheer and Novelli, 2019).
Tourism and tourist bring light on this topic with the different opportunities for the people.
Current scenarios enhances the working conditions which develops the society. Other aspect is
gender pay gap, in the tourism industry there is gender pay gap but it is low in comparison to
another industries. Gender pay gap is reducing with the passing time and with the increasing
tourism , there is positive impact on working(Pasaribu, Santosa and Purwoko, 2019). Adding to
that there is unemployment crime, tourism helping very much in generating more working
opportunities. Having no employment force people to achieve basic livelihood through
committing crime. So, enhancing employment results in reduction in unemployment crime.
Further there is development of the destinations which definitely impacted positively through
tourism. Government of the particular country develops the destinations in respect to generate
more revenue and image(Ramaano, 2022). Because of enhancing tourists activities the
authorities tries their best to make constant development in their countries for better
achievements. With that there is ethics and moral behaviour which refers to right and wrong
conduct of behaviour. Having ethical and responsible behaviour encourages more movement of
the tourist on that particular place. In respect to bring more tourist there is need to treat people
more ethically. With the positive there are some negative impacts also of tourism such as
increased pollutions as the movement of the people make increment in the pollution. People
and the activities bring pollution (Sharpley, 2018). Another major negative impact increasing
pressure on the endangered species, When people move from one place to another they
directly or indirectly makes impacts on the species. Such as for the accommodations of the
tourist hotels and resorts are builds at the places by cutting down forests. This impacts the living
of the animals also the pollution created by the humans whether it is noise pollution, marine
pollution, air pollution affects the animals and their lives. Also creation of the places and the
infrastructure for the people results in heavy soil loss and mining. Building roads and ways are
majorly contributed in the animals live as the natural habitat loss(Sio-Chong and So, 2020).
These are the positive and the negative impacts of the tourism and tourists.
