INTRODUCTION
Now a day's tourism is considered as one of the famous and developing sector which
includes different segments that help in developing the global societies and economic as well. As
it is fast growing sector as it may be within the national and international boundaries that
contributes in inviting more and more people over specific area (Groves, 2019). In addition of
this, tourist and leisure placed are also getting top priority in over the world. This can be makes a
huge contribution into the income sources of the nation and also at the same time also improve
the positive growth of economy. Current project is based on determining the benefits of
producing strategic plan and visitor planning towards the coastal area in order to make them
more popular. For this project, situation is based on Broad-stairs, which is one of famous and
beautiful town in the East Kent coast and has seven beautiful sandy bays, a characterful high
street, pretty parks and many more. Currently, Broad-stairs facing struggling to compete. In
order to improving their image, Broad-stairs going to build on their heritage with the aim of
taking advantages of new opportunities in order to develop a strong economics and communities
for the upcoming period of time. This study discussed about tourism strategy with clear vision
and objectives. Identification of the key stakeholders is also mentioned in the project.
Furthermore, proper evaluation of the appropriate strategy is also done that define its benefits to
improve the image of Broad-stairs.
