Dissertation: Tourism Impact in Nepal and Lakeside Retreat

The research methodology is qualitative, employing an interpretivism approach with an explanatory research design. The analysis includes SWOT and 7Ps analyses of the Lakeside Retreat, along with interview and survey data. The dissertation concludes with recommendations for the government and local businesses, emphasizing the need for training and education to enhance tourism management. The research provides both qualitative and quantitative data, offering a comprehensive understanding of the subject.
