According to tourism studies, tourism is treated as a wonderful set of products, which are
occurred at specific times and places, such as resorts, and beaches. Tourism can be defined as
change of their living place for some time. Tourism is an action to visit something new or
different from everyday life. In some countries, tourism industry is growing constantly. Further,
this is a way for growth in the economy of nation as well. Tourism grows on two bases, which
are hospitality and attraction of travelers. This essay will deal with the role of tourism in
everyday life as well as travelling and transition. Furthermore, will it focus on the tourism
advantages in everyday life and effects of tourism in society (Binkhorst & Den Dekker, 2009).

Tourism is a part of contemporary society and it has made it an interesting area to social
scientists. Tourism industry is become increasing at global level. Tourism has brought changes in
environmental, economic, cultural, and social (Maitland, 2010). It emphasizes the requirement
for a better understanding of tourism phenomenon of contemporary society. However, while
growth rate of participation in travelling is increased. It is also make people’s desire to visit
different places away from their residential place. It is popular now days in different western
countries. The tourist always searches the particular places, which are attractive and having good
quality of hospitality near them (Boniface, 2017).
A tourist does a major concern for Hospitality, such as food, water, and accommodation. These
are basic needs for a tourist and group of person. Tourism Studies and the Social Sciences are
based upon a multi-disciplinary social science approach to understand the meaning and role of
tourism in contemporary society. It introduces social science disciplines to the reader and applies
relevant theories to the understanding of tourism (Brown, 2005).

of tourists. According to tourism organization, it is beyond the common perception of tourism as
being limited to vacation activity only (LARSEN, 2006).
It is depending on everyday life of a person that, the everyday is captured by the repetition of
daily, weekly, and annual routines. In daily routines include, when to eat, play, move, and work.
All are habitual practices, reproduction, repetition, and obligations are part of everydayness. In
everyday life, many issues are occurred, such as health, social, official, and personal. There are
many ways to solve these issues (Litvin, et al., 2008).
Tourism is helping to resolve these issues in some cases. Especially doctors suggest that, one
tour is necessary in 6 months for a normal person. For avoiding depression and disorders, which
are occurred from workplaces and personal issues. In everyday life, every person followed same
pattern, so according to body need it is necessary to take a travelling plan once in a year.

key of increasing tourism in any country. For many destinations, it is the most important source
