First chapter
In case of united kingdom tourism begin in 17th century when wealthy Europeans started

easily accessible by the normal people, in later after world war 2 countries having funding issues
in respect to governing their nation so they started promoting hospitality sector to generate
profits for the countries (Sofronov, 2018). As leader understood that people started earning more
but investing very less so taxation policies are modified but it created greater impacts on
businesses and jobs,so it act as de-motivator for people to work and negative sentiments in
respect of the government. The solution to this problem is to provide experience to the society
which mutually benefits the consumer and the country. By 1987, the world tourism organisation
estimated the 3.4% of the UK's GDP comes from tourism, UK is the world's 10th biggest tourist
destinations, with over 39 million visitors in 2019 contributing a total of £234 billion to the GDP.
As UK government wanting to increase accessibility to the common people as well as disable
person providing facilities which make disable people able to travel through public transport to
the building famous for travelling, incorporating services such as wheelchair ramps, public
transport specially designed to accommodate for disables (Kayumovich and Kamalovna, 2019).
As tourism provide for the maintenance of the heritages to the countries make the preservation of
history little more productive, influencing the people from all round the world to contribute in
the consumption market increase the purchasing power of the country as well barging power. So
it help to dominate the international forces in the way that economic interest would be aligned
with the country so external support is provided to the countries internal economy. Consumer
diversity provide the markets for all type of goods respected native or not , make countries able
to transfer the best brains from the globe to their nations acting in favour infrastructure
development (Tokhirovich, Mamarasulovna and Maxmaniyozovich, 2022). As business such as
hospitality, transportation, adventure sports, and other activities related to the services increased
profitability and growth provide contribution in GDP. It help to decrease the dependence on the
conventional contributors of the GDP, it helps to stabilize earning so lacking of one field can be
compensated with that of tourism.
Second chapter

industries, tradition art facilitates and local businesses. When the tourist entered into new country

the scope of tourism at global level as player, couches and representative of countries visiting to
the countries for the participate in the events. The audience which want to see the event live due
to fan following of player, games, or because of the celebrity invited in events, such promotional
activities enhances the visits of people for events (Mandić, Mrnjavac and Kordić 2018). As
Olympics is the international event where most of the countries participate in the sports,
compete, challenge and win cash prices which add in the GDP of the country. One country have
to host the event in it own country need to have that kind of the infrastructure and social peace in
the nation that the security can be assured to the VIPs of every nation only the capable nation any
ask for the host ship of that event. If a country successfully hosted the event then the image of
the country reach to the next level most of the countries reputed companies flow their investment
in that country as their trade rule and regulation are flexible to operate international business.
The reputation of that particular country boosted in respect of the management of the country
represented in the execution of that massive events. Hospitality sector get a hike in demand of
hotel, motel and accommodation due to heavy visitor in order to attend the event, transportation
facilities had an upgrade to mobilise such huge traffic from palaces to palace massive profits to
the transportation industries, local business expose to foreign customer giving the chances to
earn more then normal. Products are marketed from the transportation companies in form of
package to the places where event going to held make ton of money. Administration system
develop to the advance level where another local events can be organised with international
exposure (López-Sanz and et.al., 2021). Broadcasting agencies earn huge profits by transmitting
live events on television and radios etc. More advance technologies develop in the way to
hosting the event through which companies benefits applying some to local shows as quality and
skills are upgraded of skilled people.
Third chapter
Tourism is a big industry which involve the most human resources as in hospitality sector
females are given privileges over man as their main task is of interaction with customers , in the
researches it is shown that females are more suitable for sales job, employers providing more to
female staff and less to the male staff (Hącia, 2019). As male with overqualified degrees placed
on low jobs as employer not prefer them on interaction jobs, unemployment is so high more
people are available for the jobs giving the employer with the bargaining power over candidate
applying for jobs. Crime rate increase due to tourism as local criminals have more profitable

targets, creating bad image in the minds of international tourist, some foreign tourist are
criminals which create group when visiting to countries and operate them with the help of mobile
and online transaction. As most of the development in encouraged due to tourism as it stretch on
to the regular supply of the commodities so new investment in developments of the facilities to
accommodate the visitors, such sustainability in development is only possible with regular
tourism activities as it provide for the maintenance of the facilities and demand for more
developed infractor, moral and ethical code of conduct is a necessity for proper operation of the
tourism business as the life are directly hamper if not organised in well systematic method, any
misshapen result in life threatening possibilities.
Positive and negative effects of the tourism towards destination and society, Tourism
provide with the demands for all the industries as tourist have to stay in the hotels near the places
to visits as people travelling have less time to waste on transportations, they prefer staying at
nearby places people, businesses charge more than usual so providing profits to the growth of
GDP, and people choosing distance place encourage the use of transportation promoting all of
the industries. As modern developed national visits to developing nations liberation of the
thinking regarding clothing, working and social evils, people broad up their mindsets allowing
their females to work independently, reducing the overprotective natures towards the females of
the organisation. Creating social peace and harmony among people of the countries reducing
gaps. As all gender are earning no discrimination of part of responsibility sharing . When
international community moves in country administration need to update the quality standard of
the environmental factors help to increase the living standard of the local people (Rogerson and
Rogerson, 2019). Tourism help to improve international influence in overall world which
indirect add to the exports as people of aboard wanted UK made goods in other countries.
Negative effects to the loyal public as loyal currency have low purchasing power make products
expensive for local consumption as a result local people strive of the local resource such as food,
water and accommodations. Most of the VIP facilities are used by the foreign citizens and poor
quality facilities are available to local citizens. Other negative impacts in security as more and
more tourist more chances of the spies entering into countries, local law doesn't apply on foreign
citizen so crime done by them have no justice in local courts. Illegal activities such as human
trafficking, arms, gold, drugs smuggling get untracked due to overload of security services.
Transport services being use by foreign citizens as they pay twice as local creating disturbance in

the life's of local people. As diverse people travel facing frauds and scams from airport only,
social evil on appearance, colour and racism are very common to some of the travel done by
locals or foreigner doing with local.
CONCLUSION
From above essay we can conclude the following outcomes, tourism can be a best mode
of economic activities through which countries can divert the pressure from one industry. It can
easily coexist in the society, having extra source of income contribute in GDP as well increase
credit score of the country providing benefits in taking loans from internation forms. It can
productivity create a influence of movie industries, products and services which will add on to
the foreign reserve of the country. As inequality in gender is the major causes of conflict in the
society which can be improved to certain level with the help of travelling as meeting new people
broaden the mindset of the people help them to accept the changing environment. Then working
women would not be a problem in the eyes of the society. As tourism creating excess demand in
the society so to fulfil that innovation is taking place on regular bases providing access to the
local people ( Khidirova, 2018). Influence of the countries help in creating equality in teams of
looking among different ethnicity of the people as one. Other than this tourism help in the
development of the infrastructure in sustainable way at low cost, this is only way to provide mass
scale of employment in the country combating poverty and other social evil. Some drawback
consist in the tourism are creating less opportunity for the local consumers as they same products
can be sold in more price to foreigner creating the less resources for local people, As liberation
and capitalisation destroyed the scope of employment of loyal people. Such events create
security problem as well as disturb normal people working routine. In totality balance and
controlled tourism can provide solutions to all the problem of equality and poverty, But
countries security need not to be hampered in any case.
