In the open market place Tourism business frame tourism strategy and policy in order to
compete with the rivalry prevailing in the global market. Tourism sector works day and night to
meet the emerging needs of the travellers across the boundaries. They design unique services in
order to bind them for longer time duration with their firm. They keep on modifying services
like, retail travel agents, transportation, tourism information Centers etc. This assignment covers
yes or no perception for travel and tourism companies to have vision and mission statements.
Also, how hospitality and tourism organization vary from managing manufacturing firm.
Additionally, how critical trends affect tourism business is studied (Altin and Riasi, 2018).

level management of the organization is formulating tactics in such a way so that staff members
can be motivated to perform better as compare to the rivalry. Moreover, management of

Technological trend: Advancement in plant and machinery are affecting hospitality and
tourism firm in both positive and negative way as per the market condition. Like adoption of 3D
technological incur huge expenses in the company which decreases the profit sharing ratio.
Political trend: Instability in political condition affect the hospitality and tourism
business at a tremendous scale. By this customers switch to other services and firm that results in
downfall of customer base. This trend directly affect productivity level in negative way.

tools are making the task of booking and payments more secure and easy to access. Along with
