Introduction
Visitors attractions are very much important to experience continuous growth
in travel and tourism. As tourism contributes much in the total GDP of a
country it has become a crucial task for the ministry bodies and other
companies to take efforts towards maintaining the various place fascinating
such that success can be achieved. Following report will discuss different
issues that are encounter while maintaining the attractions of visitors and also
how same can be overcome will be discussed in detail.

Working staff that is performing duty at National tourism
agency has to take several efforts so that they can influence
many people top visit places like science museum which is
located in London. It has many features which makes it a
popular place to visit.

Hyde park is another tourist place again in London which is
beautifully constructed in a form of chain which has its
starting from Kensington palace. It covers a large land area
hence many tourissts can take a glimpse of it at the same
time. Still there are several issues which are faced by
management in improving the attractions which needs to be
resolved.

Location – whenever people make any plan to travel the first
preference is of desired location. They want place to be pleasant
like surrounded with beautiful sceneries or beaches etc. If more
natural beauty is required by the visitors than it becomes difficult
to raise the profit margins by the tourism agencies. On the other
hand men made attractions are more profitable as more revenues
can be generated through it.

Funding - To keep the various visiting places famous and
attractive it is required that enough amount is invested in its
renovation and maintenance. It is necessary because only
than the charm of certain places can be sustained. For same
agencies of national tourism require enough amount which
becomes difficult to generate.

visitors reach selected places on time enough transport
facilities are required so that tourist can reach to the desired
destinations on time.

order to provide clients maximum satisfaction. Only if
advance applications are utilised to influence the tourists
they will get attracted.

Feasibility study – Through this process those projects are
selected that can be used in expansion and enhancing the
tourists attractions.
Design – Management needs to formulate such policies that
can be utilised to give effective services to customers.
Improvements need to be made so that same place can be
made more attraction for those visiting it.
