REFLECTION 1
I am recently conducting work integrated learning. I came to know that the work integrated
learning is helpful in permitting me to have best understanding of fundamental working abilities, and
plethora of technical as well as soft skills that that will not be unavoidably developed without functioning
in the specialised setting. I am placed in travel agency. I realized that this learning is helpful in marketing
as well as promoting business, dealing with query of clients, rendering suggestion in relation to passport
and visa.
In addition, this learning enabled me to make and maintain financial records, plan and sell
insurance. With the help of learning, now I am able to manage budget at my job. I can prepare
promotional materials as well to attract customers. I am able to meet profits and accomplish targets. I
found that the training is helpful in increasing sales for the company. It can see that the work integrated
learning permits me to get real sense of gratefulness of own field of work. I am feeling confident in taking
opportunities to discover new as well as exciting role that cannot be considered. Now, I also feel
confident in communication with people at my job. Therefore, I can make flourish networking of the
people by facing different challenges or the issues. I am able to increase employment prospect at my job.
In this way, I entered into new unique world full of opportunities.
